Ξενοδοχεία Hot Springs σε Ningxia, China

"The service attitude of the hotel staff is excellent. From the reception at check-in to room service, they are very warm and professional, making you feel extra comfortable. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the facilities in the room, making my stay very comfortable and convenient. In addition, the hotel's catering is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other travelers!"

"Facilities: The room is big enough, with a terrace and a pool that feels 70 square meters, the layout is very comfortable, the whole hall is also very bright, the hot spring pool is below the room, the breakfast is very rich, there are Ningxia specialties, the taste is very good. Service: The service is very commendable. The front desk lady and the room sisters are very professional, smiling service, thoughtful and enthusiastic. Hygienic: There is nothing to say, the cleaning is very clean, and the tatami is very friendly to children. Finally: You can enjoy the hot springs in the room, it is not too beautiful. Yinchuan searched a lot of homes and finally chose this one. Really did not come wrong. Bixin, will come again."

"The room was clean and sanitary. I stayed here for three days. Breakfast is also good. There are steamed cereals, Western pastries, cold dishes and hot dishes every day. They are very child-friendly and basically not spicy. Yogurt, pudding, milk, soy milk and porridge are available. Diagonally opposite the hotel is Xiangyang Street (BBQ Street). The hotel is also conveniently located to several attractions in the city. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the Drum Tower and Gaomiao. There is a park behind Chairman Mao, and across the park is the Gaomiao. Zhongwei Museum is a 6-minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff are all warm and polite. I left my mobile phone charging cable behind when I left. The cleaning staff found it in time and the lady at the front desk picked it up for me and brought it back down. She also gave souvenirs to the children. I’m really happy! The child asked why he should stay at Guyu Jasmine Hotel next time he comes to Zhongwei."

"Take the children to participate in the model competition, the twin room is very spacious, clean and tidy, the service is also very good, there are fruit snacks, breakfast is also delicious, there are freshly fried steak and lamb chops."

"1. Hotel Service: We booked a family room for four. After check-in, staff guided us to our room, explaining important show times and locations, as well as breakfast and hot spring times and locations. We received complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in. After check-out, we left our earrings in the room, and staff kindly called to ask if we wanted them mailed. 2. Park Performances: We recommend entering the park in the afternoon to watch the entire evening show. The flow is smooth, culminating in the final large-scale stage play and disco. The park's staff provided excellent service, even reminding us when our next performance was approaching. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience with children and parents. 3. Hot Springs: The staff were very helpful, and while the facilities were slightly dated, the children still had a great time."

"This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan."

"The windows are well lit and the room looks particularly bright and transparent. The facilities are also very complete, the toiletries are very intimate, and there are baby toiletries. AV room with children to watch cartoons, oversized screens, really enjoyable! The service is also very thoughtful and responsive. The whole process is very comfortable, the location is very convenient and easy to find, the hotel has its own parking lot. Very good... The front desk lady will also remind you where to go out and how to find a parking space. Great!"

"This hotel in Zhongwei far exceeded my expectations for our self-driving trip. The hotel environment was comfortable, and it was very self-drive friendly with ample parking. It also had essential amenities for travelers, like a laundry room and a gym. The twin room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable for sleeping. There was a sofa by the window perfect for a quick rest or placing belongings. The bathroom was airy and grand, with a wide vanity, good separation of wet and dry areas, and no unpleasant odors. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk; she was so kind and responsive to our needs. Getting to attractions like Shapotou was easy, making it a great base for exploring Zhongwei. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."
