It was a great hotel. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and provided great service. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

The external environment and geographical location of the hotel are excellent, in a prime location in the scenic area. The service is also very European and great. The restaurant breakfast is also good. However, the price-performance ratio of the lowest-priced room type is really not good. The rooms are small, the facilities are old, and they don't even provide free purified water. If you are a person who has requirements for the room conditions, don't choose a low-priced room type. I feel that it is really not worth the price. Of course, the selling point and the price may be reflected in his environment, service and geographic value.

Well nice modern restructured hotel. Nice lake view, nice reception area. A bit complicated to get to the 7th floor room. Appreciate the free parking.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel , it's very central and close to the station. The service was great, the staff very friendly and helpful , especially the staff in the dining hall when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty and substantial and a good variety to pick and choose from. The coffees were great too.
Would have loved to have stayed longer to make use of their facilities but we were there for only one day and night. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at this establishment. The room service was impeccable, efficient, and discreet. The pool and its surroundings invite you to relax and unwind with an exceptional view. The bar offers a variety of excellent snacks. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location is ideal, and the private parking, equipped with an electric charging station, is very convenient and appreciated.

Very beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday. The rooms are huge, with everything you might need, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding of the rooms are amazing and the value for money is exceptional. GGuest UserThe room has no other problems except for the small point, which is a bit unlike a four-star hotel. All the staff at the hotel have a super good service attitude and are the best we have been out for more than half a month. More friendly than the five-star Budapest Anantara New York Palace . The scenery of the hotel is super beautiful, with its own lakeside beach and long Jetty. You can walk to the water castle in the center of the old town in about ten minutes.
