Spa World Hotel are very good  I still here many times when I’m in Osaka Not only can stay well , room are very clean  Breakfast very delicious, and also can joining Spa here  Spa are very nice experience and big  Next month I will come again

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities! I will give perfect score if: 1. They had a better pillow. The Japanese pillow is very hard. It is like sleeping in a stone. 2. The onsen has women staff, it is such a surprise to see a woman doing things in such place with people who are naked. Is a man okay to serve in the women onsen? I think it was awkward for the woman worker. 3. The quilt is like silk, it slides down to the bed when you are sleeping. It is not so comfortable to sleep on. Other than these 3, everything is perfect. There is not much in the area of the hotel but It is 6 minutes walk away from Awaza station, a few stops away from Namba station (where is dotonbori) there is a 7/11 beside the hotel. I have not tried the breakfast, but there is a drink area open from 6-9 pm and you can get some beauty mask or other small things everyday in the reception. The receptionists are kind and polite and the hotel was quiet. The room is small but is convenient.

Stayed at Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring and absolutely loved it. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every staff member we met was kind, helpful and efficient. Service felt warm without being intrusive. I saw quite a few comments online saying the rooms are too small, but honestly I think it depends on which room type you book. We checked the room size before booking and found it very acceptable for Osaka standards — spacious enough to open luggage comfortably and move around without feeling cramped. One of our favourite parts was all the little extras included during the stay — the free late-night noodles every evening were surprisingly good, and the onsen was such a nice way to relax after walking all day. After the bath, there was complimentary ice cream which made the experience even better. Location is another huge plus — directly across from Dotonbori, within walking distance to Kuromon Market, and very convenient for exploring Namba and nearby areas. The whole hotel has a calm Japanese ryokan-style atmosphere while still being modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time in Osaka ❤️

I deliberated for a long time over which hotel to book and finally settled on Hanshin. After checking in, I completely forgot that my booking included breakfast. It would have cost over 100 RMB per person for breakfast if I'd had to pay at the hotel, so getting two breakfasts included with a 600 RMB per night room felt like a huge saving! Although the breakfast didn't have a massive selection, everything I tried was perfectly to my taste. On the first day, I ate breakfast around 7 AM and didn't feel hungry again until my second meal at 6 PM. The room, though small, was clean, tidy, and incredibly quiet. On the second day, when the staff asked if I needed room cleaning, I declined and instead asked for a bottle of hand soap. It was POLA hand soap, which is exclusive to hotels and not available for purchase elsewhere. The hotel is super convenient from Kansai Airport; you can take the JR rapid express directly to Fukushima Station for 1180 JPY per person. From the station, it's just about 50 meters across the road. It's also within walking distance of Yodobashi Camera and Hankyu Department Store. I highly recommend this hotel – it's excellent value for money!

The hotel staff were friendly and polite. They offered a happy hour from 10 AM to 10 PM daily, with a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks, and even complimentary ramen in the evening. There were different activities organized every day, and plenty of seating in the lounge area. They also had a large public bath. The rooms were spacious and clean. Daily room cleaning was available. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka.

I have to say, this is definitely not the closest hotel to the entrance; the hotel upstairs from the 'Shark' building next door is, but! This has been the most amazing hotel experience for me in all my trips to Japan! The restaurant offers afternoon tea service in the early afternoon, available to all guests (though I didn't have time to go). The triple room was perfect for my family of three to get good rest. Downstairs, there are abundant commercial facilities, including convenience stores, ramen shops, Saizeriya, and Hard Rock… plenty of dining options. The most thoughtful amenity is the rooftop hot spring bath. It costs 2000 yen per person, half price for children. I saw some reviews complaining about the fee, but this price includes the hot spring bath, a drink for everyone, and Haagen-Dazs for kids. Of course, there's draft beer. All toiletries are single-use mini-packages, including facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face masks, all from the Sekkisei brand. 2000 yen is only about 80 RMB. After soaking, you can enjoy a draft beer while sitting on a sofa and admiring the night view. Such great value!

The rooms are a bit larger than hotels in the city center. It's super close to Sakurajima Station on the JR line, just across the street, which is very convenient. Plus, taking the subway to Nishikujo and transferring to the Kansai Airport Line is incredibly easy, with a direct transfer right in the station.

+The location was really nice, very serene with lots of mountains surrounding the ryokan; +Relatively easy to access (pretty far from Osaka, but close to the train station); +Staff speaks English, so you shouldn't have issues with communication; +They have a lot of instructions/maps/manuals on how to fully enjoy the ryokan, so you shouldn't have trouble figuring out the basics. ~Food was mostly ok, nothing bad or spectacular, good portions; ~Although they do have some SPA elements, it's really not a lot (basically nothing except hot springs and massage) -It's certainly on the older side (not in the sense of it being particularly historical, rather that it would benefit from some renovations), but maybe that adds to the ambiance for some people; -The actual inn territory is rather small, so you won't have much to explore without going outside. Overall, I think it's a good first ryokan to familiarize yourself with the culture a bit, but I wouldn't necessarily refer to it as particularly impressive/authentic experience.

I chose to stay here for an early morning flight the next day. I actually booked this place two years ago but didn't end up coming, and didn't get a refund... But I wanted to enjoy the hot springs ♨️ and do some outlet shopping, so I booked it again. Location: It's a bit awkward. It's directly opposite the outlet mall, so after shopping, you have to walk quite a distance, especially on a scorching afternoon. You also have to go under an unmanned overpass. It was a bit confusing to find the first time. Hot Springs ♨️: The natural hot springs are quite nice, with one large pool and one small outdoor pool. However, there was an earthquake while I was there, and the sea instantly became turbulent with strong winds ⚡ and thunder and lightning – it felt like the end of the world. There's a bar and a lounge area at the hot spring entrance, but the selection of items sold there is limited and mediocre. Restaurant at the hot spring entrance: It was expensive and the food was terrible. It was the first time I've ever been served yakiniku with sushi soy sauce for dipping – it was incredibly bad, and the quality of the dishes was very average. Actually, there are many other places to eat nearby, so if it's not pouring rain, it's best to eat out. However, the scenery there is indeed beautiful. Room: Pretty standard, not very spacious. But the bench by the window was very dirty, indicating inadequate cleaning and replacement. Front Desk: This dinosaur-themed self-check-in is truly bizarre. Self-check-in is convenient, but those two dinosaurs look a bit scary and eerie, and the lobby is dark and empty. My child and I were both startled. Overall: It's still recommendable, but you need to plan well.

I loved the view of this hotel from the outside and well as the view from my room. But what I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE BED. The bed was HARDDDDD. Loved the heated toilet seats, and the public bath (it was my first time doing that), the PJ set was nice too, you wear them to the public bath and in the room no where else. They provide you with information on how to properly use the public bath.The room was a decent size for the area. 8 min walk from the subway. 20 min walk from Osaka Castle. The area itself is VERY CALM, not to much going on aside from Osaka Castle.
