I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. Thanks to Hello Mga Beshies for the recommendation on where to stay in Iloilo. :)

I traveled to Iloilo for business and I was going to stay at Courtyard supposedly from March 17 to April 1. An unfortunate situation happened while I was in the middle of this trip - my mother died on March 23rd and I had to cut my trip short and leave Iloilo March 24th. I checked out of the hotel at around 7pm and I informed the front desk about my situation. Since the reservation was booked through Navan (who used Priceline) - our company travel booking application I knew that any refund for the unused leg of my trip would have to go through them. I did inform the front desk when I checked out that our travel agency might contact them and told them about the situation. I just returned home from the funeral of my mother and checked with Navan if the refund was already processed. I just found out today that Courtyard by Mariott Iloilo flat out DECLINED the refund despite knowing that the reason for the cancellation was due to the unforseen situation of my mother having died while in the middle of my business trip. The management of this hotel has no empathy towards their customer and I will never ever stay here again. I will also ensure that none of my colleagues from my company (the biggest private employer in the Philippines) will ever stay here again by writing an incident report and sending it to our leadership and executives.

We had a teachers training at Citadines Amigo Hotel Iloilo and the staff are very accomodating of our participants and guests. Since this hotel is managed by Ascott chain of international hotels, the rooms are at par with other Citadines hotels in the Philippines with comfy beds, pillows and sofa. The toilet is clean and toiletries are complete.This hotel is accessible since it is located in the City Proper and near the malls, banks and government offices. My overall experience is good.

The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

It is within a walking distance of Robinsons Place so it is very accessible to your basic needs. I booked the fan room and it was smaller than expected. A single bed with TV and fan and only a small space enough to walk beside the bed. Although it says on the description that it was good for 1-2 person, I think it is only appropriate for a single person. The staff clean out the trash bin whenever you go out so if that bothers you then you can talk to the front desk about your concerns. When it comes to the facilities, then it definitely needs some upgrade. If you are a high maintenance person, then this place is not for you. If you are only looking for a cheap place to stay for a short period of time and you are not picky with the place as long as they have working showers and basic amenities, then I would recommend this place.

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this ”no service” is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

I booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel and they exceeded my expectations . Even though their cable TV is not working , you still get the value for what you pay for. The room size was just right. Complete toiletries. The swimming pool is clean and is free of use. Breakfast is satisfying and staff are helpful. Good location too. Just a 10 peso jeepney ride to Parola Port if you wanna go to Guimaras. Just 2 rides from Ceres Terminal coming from Carles , Iloilo. Short walk away from several fastfood chains and SM delgado. Highly recommended

The hotel is new and clean and has a good amenities like infinity swimming pool but swimming time is very short until 8:30 pm only compared to other hotel that they closed at 10:00 pm. Bed is so comfy, clean and big. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shower Heater is not so hot. Foods are not so yummy and when i took my breakfast all foods are almost finished and the refill is not that consistent some dish is out of supply. Overall I'm still recommended this hotel to stay when you're in Iloilo City.

I had a difficulty with the Parking as there is a government office located inside the building. I was checked to a different room than I booked for but the agent that afternoon patiently and helpfully assisted me to be transferred to a bigger room with a nice view of the capitol and the city. The downside of the room is that there is no telephone to contact the restaurant but the food was great!

This is my first time to visit these mentioned provinces and I just want to explore each city, eat good food and experience how they live their life here. When I was checking for a hotel to stay in Iloilo, I came across with Circle Inn - City Proper. On this review, you will be seeing my experiences during my stay here on this hotel. For your reference, I’m a traveller both International and Domestic - Jet setter to be called (with my line of work and for leisure). I’ve been to different hotels around the world and also here in the Philippines, this gives me more insight and comparison. Hotel Room: -Decent to stay in -Clean and neat when I get into the room -Furnitures and bathroom fixtures are not well maintained -Hotel towels, newly laundry but looks dirty because of its over usage sign (dark in color) -I usually check the bed coverings once I get in the room and upon checking on it, its not properly laundry because you can see stains and other markings on it, it gives you the feeling of a “Motel Feel-like” vibes. Good thing I always bring with me extra bed and pillow covering for my safety and sanity. -Basic hotel amenities are not provided (They just provide a shampoo/ shower gel and soap bar - so MOTEL amenities). You have to bring everything you need if you’re planning to stay in this hotel. -WIFI. In my 9 days stay here in the hotel I was never happy with their connection, it really sucks and if you’re here for a business trip I will not recommend you to stay here because you will not be able to work well with this kind of WIFI connection. -Air conditioning inside the room is functioning well all through out my stay in the hotel. Hospitality / Service: -Once I get in the hotel I really appreciate how the Guard welcomed me and helped me out with all my luggages. With my stay here in this hotel, the guards will really greet you whenever you go in and out of the hotel premises. Kudos to the guards on this hotel. -The receptionists on this hotel are quite acceptable and casual, they’re accommodating and helpful but will definitely mention one receptionist who really stand out from the rest, her name is “Wedj” if I can still fully remember how she pronounces her name to me. She definitely manifest what a receptionist should be and what are expected them to be. She’s really accommodating, helpful, kind / polite and most importantly she know her guests well. She handle things and circumstances well and responds promptly to the guest request, I experienced this first hand. -The restaurant staff, doesn’t know how to welcome their guests in the restaurant. I tried having breakfast the day that I arrived in the hotel and never repeated it again during the course of my stay in the hotel. Hotel was unassuming yet served its purpose. A/C was properly working, shower pressure was strong, TV also functional. I was able to boil some herbal tea in the provided electric kettle which I planned to store for further use. However, refrigerator wasn’t working. I love that they have a legit gym here. They also have a salon, spa, Co working space, convenience store and a restaurant (which my staff recommended to eat in). The room is comfy (though I'm having problems with the hot shower setting). I think the factor that will prevent me from staying here again is that the loud music from the rooftop bar that goes on until around 2am (or longer as I just fell asleep at around 2am). I hope they improve the sound proofing of their rooms if they'd blast the music until the wee hours...

I made my reservation for only 1 night! And this experienced was so good ! Kudos to the FO especially the pregnant Girl in Front desk, actually I book for two beds but they give my request with out hesitation ! They give me an option If I check in Early they will give 2beds but if I waited for 2 pm they will give 1 bed . And yes I get the first choice which is the 2beds and Im unhappy for the view and the FOA give me an option and thanks to her because she help me. And before 2pm I'll go back to The lobby and the Pregnant girl ask my name and she check my room if ready and she said ”Sir Is it Okay to show you the room first” with smile 😊and I said Yes sure ! .. You know in this way of behavior is so nice She has a nice Way of customer service. ! Thank you Ate! 😊! Please Keep her in your company Harbor Town Hotel😊😉 And the other side 👎 ! The food was Good but the portion of the food Is not worth it to the money that you paid for. The price is to much ! But over all is Excellent! 4 Star . !

We stayed here during the Dinagyang weekend and the rate was not that pricey yet the location is very accessible and the room was clean and the beds were very comfy, like a luxury stay but not so. Haha! The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Although we had some problem with the thermostat. Another good thing about this hotel is the staff are very nice and accommodating. Even the security guards are friendly and helpful. For an affordable but great stay in Iloilo, I'd definitely recommended this one!

Less than 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Jaro . Near Jaro Cathedral. Very accessible to public transport. Have small eateries and salon along the streets. Walking distance to Salog Spa where I usually have a massage and ventosa whenever Im in IloIlo. Separate review for Salog Spa. Very accomodating and friendly staffs. Can pre order breakfast (Jollibee breakfast menu). Just be carefull not to leave your food too long on the table coz ants would come so fast. The one that I booked thru agoda doesnt include breakfast. Cons: no free water bottle, no hair dryer, no kettle, no fridge. If you just need a clean place to sleep this will be a budget friendly choice. Overall we had a nice stay at El Haciendero.

The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is a few minutes walk to Jaro Cathedral, and Robinson's. If I had more time, I guess there are other places to see around the area. I could rate it 5 stars, but the road was noisy from the jeepneys. However, this is beyond their control. If we were assigned to a room farther away from the road, I'm sure this isn't going to be a problem. I liked it here, I wish I stayed longer. And I hope next time, they'll be serving breakfast. If you want an experience of living in a heritage house, try staying at Casa Tentay. It's in the perfect spot to be, especially if you plan to go around and check out other old houses in the area.

I had a difficulty with the Parking as there is a government office located inside the building. I was checked to a different room than I booked for but the agent that afternoon patiently and helpfully assisted me to be transferred to a bigger room with a nice view of the capitol and the city. The downside of the room is that there is no telephone to contact the restaurant but the food was great!

The hotel is new and clean and has a good amenities like infinity swimming pool but swimming time is very short until 8:30 pm only compared to other hotel that they closed at 10:00 pm. Bed is so comfy, clean and big. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shower Heater is not so hot. Foods are not so yummy and when i took my breakfast all foods are almost finished and the refill is not that consistent some dish is out of supply. Overall I'm still recommended this hotel to stay when you're in Iloilo City.

We had a teachers training at Citadines Amigo Hotel Iloilo and the staff are very accomodating of our participants and guests. Since this hotel is managed by Ascott chain of international hotels, the rooms are at par with other Citadines hotels in the Philippines with comfy beds, pillows and sofa. The toilet is clean and toiletries are complete.This hotel is accessible since it is located in the City Proper and near the malls, banks and government offices. My overall experience is good.

I love that they have a legit gym here. They also have a salon, spa, Co working space, convenience store and a restaurant (which my staff recommended to eat in). The room is comfy (though I'm having problems with the hot shower setting). I think the factor that will prevent me from staying here again is that the loud music from the rooftop bar that goes on until around 2am (or longer as I just fell asleep at around 2am). I hope they improve the sound proofing of their rooms if they'd blast the music until the wee hours...

This hotel was an absolute GEM!!! Didn't plan on staying for long but ended up spending a total of 12 nights here. In the beginning, didn't expect much from budget hotel but our stay was so great that we will surely stay here again the next time we are in Iloilo City. The rooms were clean and the toiletries and supplies were replenished daily. The mini bar was cheap too. The housekeeping staff was very flexible given that we had a baby who always needed a nap, so they adjusted accordingly. The breakfast was plated but if you like a good old Filipino breakfast, then you will enjoy it. The restaurant staff were very accommodating at all hours. What the hotel lacks in amenities, it makes up for its amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. From housekeeping, to the restaurant, front desk, admin officers and even the manager, they have been beyond accommodating! We observed that even amongst themselves, the staff were very interactive and had great harmony. You could tell that they love their jobs and the people they work with/for. We have traveled to a lot of cities and countries before but this is by far the friendliest and most attentive hotel we've ever stayed at!! It even trumps a five star hotel service! Just a pity they had to transfer us to another hotel, of the same chain, due to the citywide community quarantine where they've had to shut down operations. The other hotel though is another story - a different review worth writing.

Hi. My brother booked me at the La Fiesta Hotel in Iloilo for 9 days. Their service is very good and I still can't drink water. Still have to look farther or buy distilled spirits at 7-11. I asked the guards if they knew that the water filling station was far from here, sir. So there is no choice but to hold it from May 7th to 11th. The water flowing from the well sometimes has the pungent smell of rusty taps. So far, this is my experience in the hotel.
