First off, I want to say that the housekeeping department was wonderful. They were not only great cleaners but they were also very thoughtful about checking when we would be out of the room during the day if they happened to show up when we were there. A few other things that were great about the hotel: the spectacular location (it's near so many great restaurants in a very walkable area), the big empty swimming pool with a view of the city, the generosity with face masks, and all staff seemed well trained in hospitality... So it breaks my heart that our arrival at the hotel so completely marred our stay. When my kids and I walked into the hotel one of the staff--I'm afraid I didn't catch her name in my shock, but I believe she was the manager on duty--grabbed a handful of gloves and handed them to us as we were still struggling to pull out all the green codes required of us (we were told to show two codes initially and then later would go through many more codes in a quest to see which would be accepted). She started the conversation by asking if we were leaving and when we said we were checking in, she asked to see the tracing app and immediately declared all the places we had been to as dangerous (the app was green and there were no asterisks at that point, I would later gain an asterisk thanks to being in Wuhan). They were not. We had travelled carefully, tracking the news of outbreaks and did our best to avoid all dangerous locations and crowds. We explained this to her and walked her through every place on our trip that we had been, but she refused to accept any of this. She kept insisting everywhere we had been was dangerous. It didn't matter to her how many green codes we had. We were foreigners that had come to Wuhan from a city in Jiangsu, taking a route that travelled near provinces where there were COVID-19 cases, and that meant we were dangerous. I want to be sympathetic. People in Wuhan had a much worse 2020 than anyone else in China. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be to have another significant outbreak a year later (we further had the bad luck of arriving in Wuhan on the same day as new cases). The hotel staff gave us a free fruit plate and they gave my daughter a stuffed animal, which she adored. But I was also travelling alone with two kids who were so traumatized by the experience (they were worried that we would be taken to a hospital or quarantine center and separated for who-knows-how-long) that they initially refused to eat dinner and still talk about the experience a week later (it didn't help that they noticed a Chinese guest arrive and check in without a face mask while we were still being interrogated with gloves and masks on and waited for a doctor to come and clear us). When the kids finally did decide they would eat, so long as we didn't leave the hotel, we discovered there was no longer ocean fish or seafood on the menu because of the virus which was interesting because we would find plenty of places outside the hotel that still offered salmon. Later when we tried to go to the Thai restaurant in the ball, we were told it was not open to us because of COVID-19 restrictions even though two lovely ladies who looked shocked to see us in the elevator were welcomed in. I assume there was some small private engagement or meeting that wasn't open to the public as there was no information anywhere that said the hotel restaurant was closed to the public. So I am divided on my feelings on this hotel. I want to believe it is a well run hotel and we were just unlucky to arrive on the wrong day. I can't really see myself staying here again if I return to Wuhan. My kids and I didn't really feel welcome here.

My family of four chose this hotel with a swimming pool in Wuhan for a trip. It is really cost-effective. The location of the hotel is very good, right at the subway entrance. The hotel has a free parking lot. The beautiful lady at the front desk who checked in was very good and gave me free service. Upgraded to the ladies' floor. The floor is very quiet. Every detail of the room is well done. It's a suite. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom has a bathtub. The children like it very much. The big bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the pillows are also very comfortable. , lying on the bed feels like being wrapped. My favorite is the hotel's swimming pool. The water temperature is very suitable. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The water depth is 1.4 meters, which is just right for children to play. The front desk staff who handled the swimming registration were very nice. They noticed that we were not wearing swimming caps and asked if the children needed swimming rings. 🛟 One is lent to us for free, but normally we need to pay to rent it. Thank you to the hotel for its service and staff. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Wuhan. Supplementary hotel location is just over one kilometer away from the pedestrian street. It's very convenient to take a taxi or subway.

The hotel is located very close to a Subway station. They have advertised the hotel as a 5 stars hotel at a very low price. The 5 stars part was not true. The picture on their ad was also incorrect. I would give them 3 stars. However, the price was very reasonable and service was good.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

What a lovely hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Jianghan Road. We were very surprised with the size of thia hotel room. It has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Neds are very comfortable and soft as well. It seems like this is a family room. It was too big for my husband and I but we truly enjoyed this hotel room. We only stayed for two nights and how we wished we stayed longer. The concierge are very helpful too.

The location is convenient for travel, the service is warm and courteous, and if there are children, they will send the children to wash and slippers immediately, and give yogurt and eggs warmly every day. This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

In order to go to Wuhan to eat delicious food, I temporarily decided to stay in Wuhan for one night. The staff who checked in were very enthusiastic. It was a bit unpleasant to enter the room and bathroom. I told the front desk and dealt with it in time. The check-in experience was very good. The only regret is that the earphones were forgotten In the hotel, the earphone positioning has not been moved in the hotel so far, and I have sent photos to the hotel but have not been able to find it... I stayed for one night in a hurry and lost more than 1,300 earphones... I am very grateful to Lisa at the front desk of the hotel for helping me with it I went to look for headphones, although I couldn't find them in the end, thank her~

📍The location where average not too close to the hotspot while somehow still being close in a way if that make sense 🚇It’s easy to access there is a bus stop just in front the hotel but taxi or self driving might be the best way to go . There is nothing really shocking from the outside but from the inside is another story , the staff was really nice and welcoming . About the room really it felt like those upscale hotels but half the price the breakfast was good it was a pleasant stay , they have a robot who delivered the food haven’t seen that in the Hilton 🤔

Oops ～ I remembered that I didn’t take a photo of the hotel for three days and two nights. The overall feeling is quite good. From the little brother and sister at the front desk to the aunt who is doing hygiene, they are quite friendly 👍 I read the comments before that the air conditioner is loud, and this problem still exists, so we turned off the heating when we slept, and it was okay, at least it did not affect sleep 💤 Behind the downstairs is the food street. The breakfast and supper on the first day (the only barbecue stall in the middle of the food street 👍 forced push) were all solved there. The next day, it was surrounded and said that it was renovated. However, CapitaLand 1818 is next door, and it is convenient to solve the food.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, close to the subway station, has its own parking lot, and parking is convenient. While the hotel itself was fine (bit run down and in need of maintenance) and the staff was friendly and helpful, it was frustrating that every single activity for kids (except the soft play area) was extra charge. Also, both outdoor pools were empty and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. This was disappointing as the kids looked forward to swimming. At least the indoor pool was open. The screen golf area was also changed to a kids arcade area, so no golf. Breakfast buffet was good and the executive lounge access is highly recommended.

This was my perfect trip. My daughter wanted a luxury hotel experience as her birthday gift and Wanda Realm made it happen without the high cost😃. The price was right, the atmosphere was superb and the service made me feel like a special guest. The room was luxurious and clean and they seemed to have considered everything in the design of the place. Separate areas for toilet, shower and face basin, telephone in the bathroom for emergency, a retractable clothesline in the bathroom, and conveniently placed shower gels, shampoos and lotions. The food at Zhen restaurant was delectable. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced too. Eg 128 for buffet lunch. There were snacks, drinks and wine/liquor in the room that had price tags on them, so I didn't eat much because I thought they'd charge it to my room, but upon checking out, I enquired and they said there were no extra charges for that. The swimming pool was lovely and the sauna and steam rooms made it worth visiting the health club. I'll definitely go back! Oh, how could I forget the cooking class the chef gave to the kids at lunch time! We took home cookies baked by them 😃

This is the first time I stayed at Wyndham Garden in Hankou. Let me talk about the advantages first. The decoration is definitely beyond the standard. As a four-star garden, the hardware in the early stage is absolutely full of sincerity. The room is large in size and French style, suitable for girls to take pictures and check in. However, the binding force of the brand on the hotel is indeed limited, and the standards and details need to be improved. The carpet at the entrance is uneven, and I almost sprained my feet; the room card elevator can't be swiped; the wine glasses are dirty and haven't been replaced for a long time; the corridor lights are a bit dim, the room is hard to find, and the signs are not obvious; the hotel has been in business for three years. However, all the employees in the store have a good attitude. When I left the store, I added their contact information and said that they would improve and make suggestions. It will definitely improve next time you stay, and look forward to your next stay.

The hall is designed with a reading gallery. There is emergency defibrillation equipment at the front desk. These are quite unique, and the restaurant is more atmospheric. The overall hotel environment feels relatively clean. The quality of toiletries in the room is acceptable. However, the bath towels in the room were not sealed, the towels were seriously off-line, and the whiteness was not enough. The hotel service is not proactive enough and there is no proactive greeting. These are not in line with the requirements of a four-star hotel.

There are spots of stains on the simple sofa, and the curtains don't want to pull, so I can't sit down at all. The towel is very old. Although I don't use it, it feels uncomfortable to look at. The room at this price is the worst I have ever stayed in. Even if you can see the river view room. I have stayed at this brand store twice, and it seems that I have to book carefully in the future.

The facilities of this youth hostel are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the shared area is very spacious. It's really good! awesome! Face towels are provided. This is really what I didn't expect. The owner is really good at talking and really embarrassed to come here.
