房間不大但夠用，就説説不滿意的地方吧:
1.入住期間每間房給免費補充零食和飲料，在管家和打掃人員都給了小費的前提下，入住第二天竟然沒給補零食。管家幫忙協調後，酒店居然一口咬定説已經補過，彷彿是我不誠信一樣。東西雖小，但原則問題決不讓步，繼續通過管家交涉，最後終於補齊了原本該有的小零食。
2.一般人可能都是先沙後水吧，沙屋裡每人有雙人字拖，但到水屋就沒有了。這點從沒人提醒，我以為換到水屋會有新的，就沒帶過去，幸好我帶了自己的人字拖。
3.我不是第一次來馬代，但卻是第一次在馬代見到大蟑螂。就在水屋旁的餐廳，一衹生猛的小強在餐墊的縫隙裏快速遊走，把毫無思想準備的我嚇得大叫。餐廳的服務員視若無睹，直到我自己換了張桌子後很久，才過來一個貌似是負責人的對我説了下抱歉。而且有的餐墊有點粘，不知多久會做一次清潔。
4.有天水屋清早打開龍頭全是黑褐色的液體，半天緩過神來我才想起來趕緊拍個照留念。

From the moment we arrived at Male airport we were met by a Heritance representative , taken to a private lounge while waiting for a sea plane Flown to the Heritance Aarah resort , met with a welcome ceremony and introduced to our Butler - Nafiu From that moment the only decision we had to make was which table to sit at when dining Nafiu took care of everything - there was not one thing he could have improved on - excellent !!! The resort , the staff - in particular Nafiu , the food , the beverages , the facilities - the whole resort is amazing The first 3 nights spent in an ocean view villa , the next 4 nights in a beach front villa - both villas are private , the amenities are excellent in both , access to the water via the back deck of the ocean view or across a few steps over the sandy beach from the beach front villa Dining options consisted of seafood , Italian , SriLankan / Maldivian , Western or snacks - burgers , fries , BLT’s etc - all excellent options Any staff member we encountered could not have been more helpful , always with a smile and a can do attitude with everything they do - as mentioned before , Nafiu - his manor , his attentiveness , his attitude - outstanding !!! Our time at Heritance exceeded our expectations - we left feeling totally relaxed , refreshed & looking forward to a time when we return

What a wonderful experience. A fantastic and beautiful atmosphere, where relaxing and forgetting the world is the aim. We split our stay between 3 nights in an Ocean Villa and the remaining 4 nights in a Beach Villa. Both were wonderful! The range of restaurants and the quality of the food and service were exceptional. We also enjoyed the Spa, went on a learning walk through the islands Maldivian Village and went on a snorkelling adventure to Turtle Bay, where there were turtles. To top it off, walking out from our villa and snorkelling straight into a reef full of fish was incredible. It is true, that to see the Maldives, you need to go underwater. The staff are wonderful, and anticipate your questions and needs. Nothing is too much trouble. We were particularly impressed with our Butler, Nafiu, who was without fault. He was welcoming, attentive and took over making all decisions so that we could just enjoy our stay. I never thought I’d be enjoying a holiday with such a wonderful service. Not only was Nafiu exceptional at his job, he also happy to share stories of his island home and his love for the Maldives. While all of the staff are wonderful, it was Nafiu that made our stay extra special and we cannot thank him enough. He feels like part of our family now.

Thanks to SAPNA, nice waitress in Ambula, serve us an unforgettable dinner Thanks to our diving teacher Yezi, Kindly help us learn how to dive for the first time. Our stay at Heritance Aarah was incredible! The resort is beautiful, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to our butler, Ilmira, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. From organizing activities to personalized care, Ilmira truly made our trip unforgettable. We’re already dreaming of our next visit to this paradise!

We have just spend the most amazing week in Heritance Aarah for our honeymoon. It exceeded every expectation we had! It truly is paradise. Stunning views, gorgeous room and the nicest staff I have ever met. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Our butler fir the week was Zarina and we couldn't have asked for anyone better, she was so attentive, kind and welcoming. Zarina made an amazing week even better, always there no matter what we needed, booking our meals and activities, we really didn't have to worry about a thing! Thank you everyone at Heritance for an unforgettable holiday! ❤️ we will most definitely be back.

Our stay at Heritance Aarah was magical! The service, the friendly staff, restaurants and all the lovely locations were above all ecpectations! Our butler Arka was so acomodating and friendly. We shared our stay between a Beach villa and an Ocean suite villa and they were both amazing.
