Beauty Hotel Accra

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and the front desk and main gate were completely closed and locked, we had to call and waited 15 minutes in the alley before someone came to open. Check in process was simple though there was no explanation of breakfast time or any other information, but the room was not the best. Duvet on the bed didnt have a cover and it was torn, bathroom had no towels. We rang the reception extension, no answer. Husband had to step out and look for a staff member to ask for towels and we were given only one very creased and frayed towel. In the morning we had to make several calls to the hotel main number since noone was answering the reception or restaurant extensions to find out what time we could have breakfast. We requested room service as we were running late, after the call tonsay ut would come up we waited another 30 minutes before it did. We did book this hotel last minute because our plans changed but it was not the best or cleanest and lacked many basic necessities for a hotel
