Girişte evcil hayvanımız için gecelik konaklama ücreti ve bir kereye mahsus oda dezenfekte ücreti verdim. Evcil hayvanınızla bulunabileceğiniz ayrı bir plaj bulunmakta, fakat pet kabul edilen restoran maalesef yok. Otelin her noktasında yürüyüş yapılabilir köpeğinizle. Otelin artı ve eksileri; +Yemekleri, plajı, güler yüzlü personellerinin olması, temizliği ***et yeterli. -Otel tamamen yokuşlu olarak konumlandığı için, ring seferleri arttırılabilir. Büyük plaja yakın havlu alım noktası eklenebilir.(insan merdiven inip çıkmaktan havlu noktasına gi**ek bile istemiyor:)). Odaları havalandırabilmek adına pencere eklenebilir, kapıyı açık bırakıp havalandırmak olmuyor, doğanın göbeğinde bir otel. Gece etkinlikleri arttırılabilir. Karasinek biraz fazla, ama buna pek yapabilecek bir şey yok gibi. Genel anlamda gidilip kalınabilecek bir otel. Teşekkürler Marmaris Bay Resort.

Die ganze Anlage ist absolut im grünen Paradies, leider ist es für ältere oder Gehbehinderte Menschen überhaupt nichts. Je nach dem wo man sein Zimmer bekommt muss man 50 bis 80 Treppen laufen und dies natürlich mehrmals am Tag. Aber wenn jemand damit kein Problem hat ist die Lage super und sehr Ruhig. Ca. 10 km außerhalb von Marmaris, ohne Auto wird es Teuer mit dem Taxi in die Stadt zu kommen. Es ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, nur leider ist das Buffet nicht besonders, man findet zwar immer was ,das ist nicht das Problem. Aber die Touristen die 5 Sterne Hotel bei Antalya gewohnt sind, die müssen viele Abstriche machen. Es gibt kein Nachmittags Buffet mit Kuchen oder Snacks. Vom Privaten Strand hat man leider immer den Blick direkt auf einen großen Hafen, auch nicht jeder Mann Sache. Wir waren Zufrieden mit allem , waren aber auch Ende Oktober vor Ort. In der Hauptsaison muss es dort eine Katastrophe sein, wahrscheinlich sind dann Morgens um 7 Uhr schon die wenigen Liegen am schmalen Privatstrand schon belegt und man hat den ganzen Tag den Lärm vom Hafen. Wie gesagt Außerhalb der Saison jeder Zeit.

Would highly recommend to any adults looking for a nice relaxing holiday, lovely area, hotel really nice, food and drink was good, most of the staff was really helpful and friendly.. scenery was lovely, couldn't really ask for much more for a nice quiet relaxing holiday.. only small negative is depending on which room you get, you could have quite a walk to you room up alot of steps and ramps, but they do offer a golf cart buggy to and from rooms so doesn't reflect to negative on the hotel, will definitely go back in the future..

I'll bullet point as it'll be easier 1. Friendly staff 2. Food average 3. Rooms clean. 4. If you have any mobility or health issues this place is NOT FOR YOU. there are an extreme amount of steps and uneven sloped to negotiate. 5. Steps, oh my god the steps 6. Entertainment is average to poor. 7. Lack of communication between travel staff and customer. 8. It's in the back of beyond so not easy to get a cheap bus or taxi into marmaris.

Me and my fiance spent the week here in May and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and the views were absolutely breath taking with the sea and beach right on your doorstep. The highlight of our stay was the Entertainment staff, especially Bobby and Diego who had us playing darts and water polo and just generally bringing a good energy to the pool side area and bar. The room itself was pretty basic, but was nice enough and everything was working fine in it and we were also given a safe on arrival as well. The food at the main restaurant was very good, with freshly grilled meats and rice available daily and the baklava was very good. Unfortunately the a la carte restaurant has room for improvement as on our last night as the food took a while to come out and was an wasnt of a great standard. Drinks took a while to come out as well there. The zest bar was definitely a good spot for some lunch with a nice view as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they would always say hello or give a friendly smile. Finally, the gym was basic but enough to get a decent workout in. We would definitely return here, the views, food and entertainment staff made our stay!

There is no doubt this hotel is in the most beautiful setting and location. This cannot be taken away from the rest if this review. The hotel is suffering from a management walkout and the staff left seem clueless. Luke warm food, no working coffee machines. Staff who have no idea in how to fix it! Very little bar service, and poor all inclusive drink choices. I could go on but we are still here, and am hopeful things will improve as our stay goes on. This is in no way a 5 star resort 3-4 at most. Hopefully my final review at the end of this 2 week stay will be more positive!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was efficient, professional and friendly. I had the unfortunate need to see the nurse during my stay (that’ll teach me to phys whilst on holiday) and had at least 3 members of staff assist me with this. Nothing was too much trouble. The nurse was knowledgeable and calming, gave immediate and useful help to assist me with ensuring the rest of my stay was comfortable. First rate. Over and above. As was Melis, who had already been helpful and approachable with assisting us at the front desk, helping us with activities (tennis, a la carte etc) but went the extra mile with assisting me with my injury and making sure I was well cared for. No matter where we saw her on a day to day basis, she was always helping someone and smiling. The guys behind the front desk were equally helpful. I didn’t get their names but there were three younger gentlemen who were all efficient, knowledgable and helpful. The buffet food catered for a varied palate and there was always enough of it. As the week got busier and towards the end of the sitting, it maybe took more effort to replenish but it was always done efficiently and if asked, there was always someone on hand to help. All buffet staff were efficient, professional and friendly (which, in this area particularly, I have to give great credit to them because the way some guests would speak and treat the staff was quite frankly disgusting but their smiles never faltered - well done!). Side note rant about guests (skip to the next paragraph) - but may explain some negative reviews you may encounter here. Be wary of complaints taken out of context. Some guests obviously have unreasonable expectations, and liked the sound of their own voice. Taking pics of a dirty plate for eg that had clearly been washed but as we all have probably encountered at home, had stubborn stains which the dishwasher couldn’t remove, so take it from the pile, set it aside and take one of the other hundreds of clean plates! These would be the first people no doubt to complain about slow service if staff had to individually check the probably thousands of pieces of crockery to pick out the one or two the dishwasher missed, or spent their time doing that rather than replenishing food (one quote “I’ve asked you for some orange, now I want you to go and get me some”, in ref to the finite, I imagine, freshly squeezed orange at breakfast, turning up 30 mins before close of breakfast, being frankly rude and obnoxious to not one, but two members of staff trying to assist him - maybe go and get some juice from the full juice dispensers containing 4 types of juice (yes from concentrate but seriously) by the bar - have some understanding and compassion for your fellow humans people!! For all inclusive of maybe £600 -750 p.p. have a little dignity! Show some respect! We booked an excursion through your desk which we enjoyed very much. The gentleman who booked us was very informat

We had such a lovely time here! Lots of variety of drinks and all the staff were very nice and welcoming. Entertainment was great, although we didn’t take part much it was fun to watch and lots of things to do throughout the day. There are 3 beach areas, one of them really quiet and peaceful, the other two a bit busier but we never had an issue getting a sunbed (and we are late risers!) The food was amazing, lots of variety each day for lunch/breakfast/dinner and we didn’t eat the same thing twice (bar chips etc haha) Huge range of salads, fresh juices, hot/cold food, pasta and omelettes to be freshly made to your taste, baring in mind they are catering for a huge amount of people the chefs are doing a great job! Special shout out to the zest seafood bar which we LOVED, 3 course meal included in your stay if you stay for a week or more. There are also lots of cats around that are really friendly and I loved that the hotel clearly look after them (cat treats can be bought from the shop, little cat houses dotted throughout and a tip box for the cat maintenance). There are lots of steps throughout the hotel but golf buggies available on call if you struggle with this sort of thing / have your suitcases (golf buggies were a hilarious fun ride, even when we arrived at 3am we were laughing as we were being taken to our room). There is a water taxi to marmaris which was cheap for a return (about €15) leaving throughout the day and picking you up at staggered times throughout too. Very useful and much better than a taxi! Rooms were nothing to rave about but the views were amazing and we had a minibar included with some soft drinks and everytime our room was cleaned we got fresh litre bottles of water. Aircon in the room was 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for any more, gorgeous views, lovely food and lovely people. Thank you!! :)

A perfect holiday for couples! Marmaris Bay was everything we had hoped for and so much more. From the moment we arrived to our check out, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. There was so much to do, the spa was amazing as well as the Turtle Beach trip. The room was huge and very comfortable. Food - to die for! Huuseyinn was extremely helpful in arranging everything so we didn't have to worry about anything. What a beautiful place, a Turkish paradise!
