Terrible overall stay not good, breakfast supervisor terrible, locking the room for visitors' without any communication terrible, not changing bathroom consumable, they have concentrated on making money other than customer satisfactory

one of the finest properties of Radisson Blu, where its staff speaks volumes through their dedicated , committed service. Right from front office to all the staff in kitchen, customise their services for the guests. Brilliant people.

The hotel was very comfortable. What truly stood out was the very good quality of the restaurant. Moreover, the staff, particularly Sara from the brasserie restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a combination of comfort, gastronomic excellence, and outstanding service.

The hotel was amazing clean and comfortable STAFF are simply amazing!!! they helped me in everything even with emergencies, you guys are simply the best!! Please keep it up!! The food was amazing and met the international standard. The Nijara was new to me, but I enjoyed it.

A special place to be, staff made it feel like a home. Lots of appreciation to all of them (coach kinfe, Sara, Jamal (jimmy), Berhan, Mary, Setegn, Abonish from security, spa staff) sorry for anyone who was not mentioned everyone was best in their way

I had a great stay at the Radisson! Abraham M in the business center was incredibly helpful with some last minute printing needs we had for our conference and was very kind and helpful with our requests! Eyob in technical services was also very helpful to our team, helping with any technical needs we had that came up during the week. Both of these staff helped improve the stay and the conference!

The staff is exceptional and pleasant and the hotel is very secure. Having 2 choices on site for dining was great! Also enjoyed having a place to just lounge around while having a drink and conversation with friends.

I recently enjoyed staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel during my holiday trip from Christmas to after the New Year. The level of courtesy and helpfulness displayed by the hotel staff was remarkable.
