Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort

All thanks to the staff of Sofitel Royal Bay Agadir. We had the most wonderful vacation, me, my husband, and my child, who was happy throughout our stay in the renovated hotel. Employees work hard to make all guest happy, and I say to them, “You have won our hearts. Thank you.” In this regard, I mention Mr. Redouan in Al-Zaytoun Restaurant. He is a kind person who always smiles and is serious about his work, not only with me, but with all guest. My observation is not a coincidence, but according to my profession, I can rate Mr. Redouan. Reopened after 4 year closure - full refurb going on Soft launch - main restaurant, spa, SOUL bar not yet open Not completely finished at time of our visit and work was still going on to repaint, varnish etc but the areas that had been finished are looking good especially the Riad lobby Breakfast was good but same everyday - lack of labels on hot food in particular Some delays at check in and check out but otherwise staff were all very good Balcony room is worth the extra

It’s very nice hotel with everything. I really enjoyed during my vacation in Sofitel Agadir. The colleagues of the hotel very kind and always helpful with smiling face. Specially I would like to really thank Soumaya and Rachida because of they made our accommodation wonderful.

Absolutely amazed by the fantastic renovation at Sofitel Agadir Bay Hotel! The attention to detail is outstanding, and the luxury of Sofitel is evident throughout the hotel. We arrived just in time for the soft launch, and the staff is gearing up for the full reopening in June. The staff has been incredible and welcoming. A special shout-out to the very hospitable Hajar at reception, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room. Our butler, Mouchine, tirelessly worked with a smile and fulfilled every request. Zahira, our housekeeper, cleaned our room to a high standard every day. The restaurants and food are amazing and high quality, with a great variety. The pool area is stunning, very calming and peaceful, with plenty of space. Overall, I would definitely come here again. The staff and standards of this hotel make it one of the best on the beachfront in Agadir.

We had the best time, me, my husband, and our little daughter. We were treated kindly, especially by Mr. Radwan, who was a master of dealing and courtesy. I am talking here about Al-Zaytoun Restaurant, which had a wide variety of food. But one thing that angered me, my husband, and perhaps other families who were present with us, was the entry of a guest wearing an immodest, clinging sports uniform. My husband tried to control himself, especially since we considered the place not suitable for such clothing, and I was wondering where the officials were when this man entered and took his complete rest. I hope this doesn't happen again. As for the hotel staff, they are very nice and I promise to come back again.

Where do i begin. Absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredible. Every single staff member here so hospitable, kind, always going out their way for you and just perfect. Special mention to a few people, Safae the most kindest person ever, went out of her way to sort my room out and ended up with a free room upgrade after she discussed this with the general manager. Thank you thank you so much. The butler Moose, what a kind hard working individual, always there whenever you need anything and just a top guy. The breakfast stunning, the hotel in general nice and clean and just everything about it is 5 stars. They have recently re-opened but you would never tell as everything is brilliant here. 5 star service. Very Happy.

We visited immediately after they had reopened following an extensive refurbishment. The service was outstandingly good, the breakfast excellent and we found no fault whatsoever. Our room was spotless and there was a turndown service too.

Theres better hotel around the area for less price. Ive finally get to move to iberostar after spending 1 night. Rooms and facilities ok but this sofitel seems to be on his way down. Its pretty far from the main area in founty.
