Atlantic Hotel Agadir

" had an extremely disappointing experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Morocco Agadir. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public. We have spent lots of money on a private swimming pool

The staff are very friendly especially the guys in the resturant very helpful. The room size was good. Location is good. The beach however is not near. There should have been water at least in the rooms upon arrival. Also should have an iron available to use.

Hôtel un peu éloigné du bord de mer. Mais en plein centre de la ville.Mais le cadre est une petite boutique marocaine, la déco est soignée.le cadre extérieur autour de la piscine est agréable, colorée avec son bar et restaurant. C’est un hôtel calme et ambiance familiale, où les rencontres se font aisément. Personnel au petits soins. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

If you don’t like AI crowded and noisy hotels, with canteen crowded as train station, I recommend that small, calm hotel where you can really relax and eat in quite surrounded only by few tables. There is 10 min walk to the beach and there are hotel’s sun beds towels.

My wife and I had an almost perfect experience during our week stay at the Atlantic. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooftop solarium is great and will be better when new bar is built. The pool are is beautiful, clean and quiet. The pool is clean and cold. The only disappoin**ent was the food. We were booked half board. The cooked breakfast in a buffet offering was cold. The evening meal had no choice, except a 3 course offering which you liked or didn't eat. No offer of discount for booking on menu, if you cannot eat the food included in the booking. If the food improved I would highly recommend the Atlantic.

This was our 2nd stay in 3 years. We would have returned sooner, but Covid got in the way. The hotel and, in particular, the staff were so welcoming and several remembered us from our previous stay. The size, 40 rooms, made for a cozy a**osphere including the nicely landscaped private outdoor space where there is a pool, lounge area as well as dining and bar areas. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the promenade/beach with restaurants and shopping and more along the way. The breakfast buffet is an ample mix of Moroccan and European choices. The lunch/dinner menu is small, but covers all the bases. In particular, there was a daily fresh fish option. The restaurant/barstaff was attentive and made great food/wine suggestions throughout our stay. We also treated ourselves to a few of the spa services and weren't disappointed, especially for the price. Any other assistance or questions we had, the front desk staff were there to help. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is clean. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the location. Not too far from a lovely private part of the beach. The restaurant (Scampi) opposite was very well run. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by the people who work there. Everyone seems miserable. No one smiles, no one says hello; you don't feel welcome. There were often several men hanging around the entrance who didn't move when we came in; it was intimidating.
