Wonderful experience, The staff are very helpful. The place is perfect for families, a lot facilities for children.

Just returned from a 10 night all inclusive holiday at this resort booked through easyJet, overall a good stay with a few albeit minor grumbles. The resort is handily placed only 45 mins by coach from the airport and although crowded our pick up by shared transfer went fine. Check in was quick and we were escorted through a maze of paths to our ground floor apartment in Hera block. None of the well spaced out blocks are over two stories high so the visual aspect is quite pleasant, especially as the well kept grounds are full of beautiful mature olive trees coupled with low hedging. Once oriented, finding our way around was reasonably straight forward in the day, and we were handily placed for pretty much everything. Our room was small but functional, with a king size bed, one double wardrobe and a desk. The lack of drawer and hanging space was a bit of a problem, given that the desk was quite long and ultimately a bit of a waste of space that could have been better used. The bathroom had no door, and the toilet had a frosted glass door with no lock. The room was cleaned daily and we were happy with that. We had a small patio, sufficient for two. Cats are an ever present in the Med and this place is no different, with lots of them wandering the grounds and also the dining halls, nobody worries and it didn't bother us. However, the place did seem to have more than it's fair share of biting and stinging things, especially wasps so be warned if you're suspectable, I always seem to be the all inclusive lunch for anything that bites. Foodwise, I am somewhat of a fussy eater but I had no difficulty finding something to eat everyday, lots of Greek salads available and always at least six or seven main courses, plus vegetarian options. Drinks were as to be expected, with a selection of basic cocktails included in the all inclusive, there are bars at all the pools of which there are three main ones. One of these is adult only, a nice touch as was the adult only section of the dining room, there were quite a few children there, it is a family oriented resort. Very few British whilst we were there, mostly German/French/East European, not an issue but things were accented towards the Europeans so something to be aware of. The evening entertainment started at 8.30pm with a kid's disco, then at 9pm the adult stuff, a group one night, Greek night another, then a movie quiz etc, usual sort of fare. I recommend exiting the complex by the beach gate, this brings you directly to the beach and various restaurants and bars, with supermarket type shops a ten minute walk further on. We ate out at one of the restaurants and it was excellent. That exit also brings you out to the Messonghi Travel Centre who run boat and coach trips all over the island , we took a whole island coach tour and a boat trip to the mainland, both excellent value for money. Overall a good, relaxing stay with beautiful weather the whole stay and our shared pick up for our return was ban

Nice enough for a family stay. The kids really enjoyed it! Busy at meal times, as can be expected. There was a nice variety of choices. We much preferred the pool area on the kids world section, it was rather unkempt on the other side. The evening entertainment was good. The grassy areas need more attention to keep them neat.

The hotel itself is in a lovely location near the beach, pool areas are nice and waterslides are great for the kids. The animation team and bar staff are lovely and do a great job. Unfortunately the food is awful. I have stayed in several all inclusives before and this did not match up. For a 10 night stay, we had breakfast about 3 times and ate out for dinner about 6 times. They could really do with themed nights or live cooking stations. Same food every day and really strange options. No cold meat available at lunch so you can't even make sandwiches. Cleaniness of toilets by the Blue Bar and Snack Bar is awful. They are absolutely filthy, constant pool of water in them. Also for the whole time I was there, there was no soap available to wash your hands in there. Staff from ice cream stand and bar are using these toilets too and obviously cannot wash their hands properly. The management walk around all day giving orders but seem to have no interest in feedback or helping their staff. Not a great impression overall from management, could do better.

This hotel wasnt the worst however, it is not a 5* hotel. It didnt give the 'luxurious' feel a 5 star hotel should. Although there were a few restaurants around, the location wasnt the greatest. It felt as though I was in the middle of India. Just a couple things I wish I knew before I booked. - reception was underwhelming, just a marble reception room with ikea like sofas - The food wasnt great - i literally ate pasta and chips everyday (twice a day) - It is not the cleanest hotel - around the pool bars etc - The pools are TOO cold to even enjoy a swim (your body literally hurts when standing in there). - Our room was not cleaned for a couple days. Nevertheless, we had one of the newest rooms so couldnt fault this and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel had a friendly, hard working staff whose goal was to make it’s guests stay enjoyable. The food was very good with lots of variety and themed evenings such as seafood night. The bungalows were comfortable with great air conditioning and the pools were numerous to fit groups with children as well as having an adults only pool. They even had seating for dining in an adults only area. We traveled with a child with disabilities and found the resort very accessible. There is a small beach within a 5 minute walk as well as a couple of small stores for food and souvenirs. There are also a few good local restaurants close by. This town is quaint and quiet and the resort was comfortable and generous with food and drink. If I were to say anything slightly negative it would be that the umbrellas and chairs near the children’s pool area could use some updating. Overall, a wonderful resort with fabulous staff.

My sister and I had a wonderful time the food was good and plenty of variety, and young Basihs and Georgia were very helpful , the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, unfortunately I had a bath in my room which I couldn't get in or out of and needed a walk in shower,so they moved us to a lovely room that looked over the gardens.Stavcoula helped me with getting our boarding passes done,We would love to go back again sometime in the near future and would definitely recommend it, some thing for everyone.

Me and my family stayed in here for a family wedding that we were attending. I would like to praise the entertainment team Light, Nemo and Jackie who were amazing with the aqua gym. We all got involved. We went all inclusive and the food was to a good standard. I think the hotel is more a 3* not a 4 as advertised I would have to say though the staff who worked behind the bars at all pools were not the friendliest .. it seemed to be an issue if you asked for a drink .. a little smile and a bit more friendly faces would go a long way. On reception we struggled with a language barrier there was only one lady who’s English was up to the required standards.
