Customers received feedback about the lack of professionalism from the staff.
They did not pick up my customer while I had previously booked.
They co****sated by dropping off but it seems they also forgot this information.
My guests complained a lot and said they would never return to that hotel because of the lack of professionalism.
I don't believe that I booked a customer for a high amount of money and this happened to a big brand.
The hotel is really bad

Excellent all round. Spacious well decorated rooms, with very comfortable beds and high quality linens. Helpful staff too.

I stayed here just 1 night. My room was big and The service was the best and friendly. I recommend to stay here

The most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk ***ager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s de***ds. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. ***oj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends

Concierge desk officer were not able to redeem the voucher details through trip.com
I have been disturbed ***y times to collect money even though I paid through trip.com

Well maintained hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom with all basic amenities as required.
Polite and friendly staff, we have opted for room with breakfast and food was quite delicious with multiple options.
I noticed that they are serving vegetable juices apart from other drinks which was quite unique. I have never seen vegetable juice in any hotel till now.

This hotel all amenities is so nice but air conditioning is too bad. All staffs and check in was so good but just only air conditioning make me so disappointing so I’m not stay again this property.
