they not provided tooth brush and complimentary breakfast totally waste. First day they offer erd juice second day nothing also i request one room Unnecessarily i was paid for last two days. Even other 3 star hotel offered lesser price i went personally verified.

Property is new and far from temple. Anyways they have free drop n pick up service from 7 am to 7 pm( tuesday no service) bedspread was stained n stinky. We ask house keeping to change it they did immediately. But still other bedspread was also in same condition. There was no dental kit, bathroom tissues, there was no bin in bathroom. Bathroom was clean but too small. Buffet breakfast choice were very less. No fresh fruits, no fresh juice served. We stayed for 3 nights. Repeatedly menu. Ala carte was very good n tasty in restaurant. Room service also there. It’s quick service. Mr. Saroj is truly humble n kind person. He is happy to serve customers. 5* for him. We always choose mmt rated hotels. That makes us comfortable and happy stay.

Fairly a new property, decent upkeep. Kettle coffee maker not part of any type room, but staff was helpful to give warm water at 3am. Service staff quite friendly & responsive

Two day trip to shirdi, average hotel for the price. The service was too bad. They took. One hour for anything we order

Room and linen were very dirty. Staff was also unprofessional and not supportive. Terrible experience.

I booked two rooms for 4 nights (delux and wow. Both rooms were spacious, neet, and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast have limited menu and is average in taste, but their restaurant food is super delicious if you wish to have lunch or dinner there. The hotel location is very good. It's just adjacent to the newly built sai theme park and water park. The hotel was a 10-minute walk to sai mandir. They also provide pick n drop service from 7am-7pm. I really appreciate the hotel staff. They were very polite, humble, and ready to help anytime on their feet. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay there and will surely recommend it to others.

Not value for money. The rooms were okay but did not even have basic amenities like electric kettle, no bucket and mugs in the bathroom, no moisturizer etc. Provided. They charged us rs. 3200 for one night and refused to give tea before 8 am and even refused to give warm water. We had to leave early and because of these restrictions had to change our plan.
