Stratford Suites Spokane Airport

I reported that the heater was out in one of the rooms. Someone came by to check the heater. Said it needed a part and I never heard back. Me and my granddaughter ended up getting sick from it being so cold. We ended up sleeping on the couch, in the living room. Which was very uncomfortable. I had to cut my visit short with my granddaughter and drive 2 hours to take her back home to her mother, so she can seek medical attention for her. She's the only reason I visit Spokane. I stay at Stratford Suites every time I do visit. My personal opinion, these things need to be checked on a regular basis so these types of incidents can be avoided, especially when you have cold weather. The toilet in room 127 needs to be checked. It is leaking in the back. The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was old food under the bed in the bedroom. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. I know you guys offer free WiFi but it wasn't working. That needs to be looked at, as well. With the heater incident, I think I should be compensated, credited or something. Just needed a clean, safe place to lay our head for the night. Spacious suite for a good price. Will definitely return if we need lodging around Airway Heights again

I have friends in [2] different areas around Airway Heights. Stratford Suites is conveniently located in perfect area. This is my fourth time here. I refer this place to my friends

Nice and quiet and very close to where I needed to go. A bit dusty and oven was not clean, but very nice establishment and employees. Great price and would stay again and recommend.

Liked having own room with dogs and on a single level. Didn’t enjoy neighbors who were noisy and other pet owners who didn’t leash their dogs. Had 2 small unleashed dogs charge both of our leashed dogs.

When we arrived later at night, we checked in during a ton of snow fall. Walked all the way to our room only to find it uncleaned. Called the office twice, no answer. Walked back to the office and got assigned another room. Walked back to the new room. It had bee cleaned but it smelled terrible and we noticed an airpurifier on the table. The window in the bedroom had been left open (all the way) so it was freezing in the room and since it was 15degrees outside took quite awhile to heat up. Got to bed much later than we wanted.

I love this property but the specific room I was in lacked a decent shower head. It was awful.

This hotel was everything we needed for our family of four. Happy to have the common room and two bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is second time I use this Hotel while I visit family and friends in the area and I'll use it again. It is a restful place and more like a home away from home. No frills, but it is quite, clean, and relaxing and the staff is very helpful.
