Experience was ok. For a 5 star, I wouldn't recommend this place because there is not much to do except beach and pool. No courts, no activities, no game nights or anything engaging even for Christmas Eve. Booked months in advance only to be given rooms on separate floors for my friend and I. Disappointed. Told them it was our anniversary and all they decorated was 3-4
small balloons. No bed decorations, nothing else that was special. They only worth while activity was the spa. Did a couples massage and man that did NOT disappoint!! Was 10/10.

Very beautiful hotel but mini bar in room why have to pay again because pay more money and about the bed I pay again money for spare bed but not give me 🙄
