MWe are currently at this hotel now and very sad to be leaving tomorrow! This has been one of the best hotels we have been to! It has so much to offer for families. The hotel is very clean and rooms are cleaned daily with a great mini bar topped up each night! The food is fantastic and has lots of choice on offer. The waiters are lovely and very helpful. The snack bars are great especially for the kids, serving pizza, chips, hot dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets etc plenty of ice creams on offer too! There is a beach just at the bottom of the hotel with lovely hammocks and seating area and the kids enjoyed the chocolate waffles and crepes! The entertainment throughout the day is brillaint and the team are always so friendly and making it fun to join in! A very special shout out to 'Wally' he really made us feel welcome at the hotel and was so friendly and funny and always making us laugh. He was great with the kids and always encouraged us to join in! He always made time to come and see us each day which we thought was lovely, he is a credit to the hotel! 'Titti' was also another lovely guy and we loved watching his dance moves during the aqua aerobics! He is just so funny and we love to watch him around the hotel! He brings lots of fun and laughter for everyone. We will miss him shouting "good morning!!" Some of the best momenta during our holidays have been Oktoberfest and the foam party!! Oktoberfest was by far one of the most fantastic experiences we have ever been a part of on a holiday :) Lots of games for the adults and kids to join in with, soooo much beer and delicious food! We never laughed so much and had the best day ever! We hope to return next year and come back especially for this! The foam parties were brillaint and we were lucky enough to hit two of them! Loads of great music and dancing and the kids loved it!!! It was like one big rave with foam, so much fun!! A bonus was the weather was absolutely fantastic and we hit highs of 40 degrees! There's nothing really bad we could say about this hotel as it had so much to offer I could go on! Cocktails were brillaint so many to choose from and little things for the kids like the free rides on a night were fab! We will be back next year Maxeria!!!

We came to this hotel with my brother. We are in turkey for the first time. We really love everything here. Aqua park is great. There are lots of slides and even restaurant inside. Food is perfect. Restaurants are everywhere and everything is pretty delicious. Everybody can find something for any taste. Evening shows are interesting and fascinating. Especially I love beach volleyball. Guys make it fun every time. Room number is cleaned properly every day without any problems. And October fest was really impressive. There were a lot of different beers, German foods and interesting games. We like it very much. If we have a chance we will return back

We had an amazing holiday at maxeria and couldn't fault a thing. The food and drinks were great with lots of choice including cocktails and premium drinks and it being 24hr which was a bonus. Starbucks and the mini bar were also a great addition which the kids loved. The animation team were great and made the holiday, with different activities during the day for both adults and kids, especially Wally and titi. Not forgetting Oktoberfest which was one of the best things we have done on holiday and so much thought went into this, such a fun day for all. The hotel is also absolutely spotless and very clean. Not a thing I would change and don't think anything will top this hotel. Will 100% be booking for next year.

Titi, David, Seyit and the entire team at the hotel provided an outstanding service and created a fantastic holiday to remember. Everyday we experienced something different and unique. The Turkey carnival day was very memorable. Titi and the team certainly deserves more money and a bigger salary for all their hard work and professionalism. We will return guys!! Many thanks. Sara

This hotel absolutely ticks all the boxes from the minute you get there,seyit on reception will.try and help anyone as much as possible and Monica the guest relations is an absolute gem she will sort any issues that pop up now THE ROOMS I stayed in 1246 a side sea view which was perfect for small families and always kept spotless by the maids who come in daily and the sea view and waterpark view were a bonus.and free mini bar restocked everyday. THE RESTAURANT Is very chaotic but always somewhere to sit and always something to eat I actually preferred this to the a la carte. BARS There are many the best drink wise is level 1 bar which is also the 24 hour,the nightclub isn't too bad either,Main pool.bar is decent,waterpark bar very rude and will ignore you for turkish and same with the beach bar. BEACH Not too bad very quiet but very stoney take pool shoes. WATERPARK Absolute selling point for this hotel and alot of fun but be warned there is a female lifeguard on the kids splash bit she caused many issues and got management down to family members several times because of the kids in our party was 10. ENTERTAINMENT Another absolute selling point titi and wally absolutely make this place and are always talking and getting people involved,we new wally from a previous hotel can highly recommend doing the white night and foam party. The hotel itself is very well looked after and always being cleaned yes it's in a pretty secluded area but there are 3 supermarkets just outside use them the hotel one is an absolute rip of.if you ever want a night out I'd highly recommend topkapi we went for dinner and breakfast and both were spot and the owner ergen is an absolute gent nothing is too much trouble for him. So would I return absolutely my only gripe which is not the hotels fault is Germans I nearly got into an altercation with a German family because I got in a lift before them with my 3 year old disabled mum and other kids from our group. Best snack bar is the main pool one and the free ice creams are a bonus.

I’ve never been to Turkey before… but this hotel has made me want to return again and again and again! It’s such a lovely hotel, with 4 different areas to each in depending on where you are throughout the day. Alongside the a la carte restaurants (which we sadly didn’t get time to use because they were booked quite far in advance!) The food was out of this world, I’m a fussy eater and there was so much to choose from - it was great that the food would be linked to the entertainment that evening too. Honestly, I’ve never seen food displayed in such a way as this. The family loved the onsite spa - especially the children with the chocolate face masks! Having onsite shops on the lower level is great, especially if you need to pop in for some more sun cream (or clothes!) Tete, the Head of Entertainment, absolutely made this holiday for us. He’s a true professional and so welcoming to all of the guests, as were the rest of the staff. Also a special mention to Sayit, who worked at the front of the hotel assisting with baggage, every time we saw him he would remember our room number and check we were alright - he even offered to sort out the premier league football for me in the sports bar… All in all, you will not regret going to this hotel - the only regret will be that you haven’t been sooner!!
