Amazing hotel, great food and THE BEST staff. Special mention to the entertainment team, Erkan, Erol and Arif who were amazing at their job and so friendly. In the restaurant, Aydin was a superstar, so attentive and lovely. We had the best time. ❤️

First day of our vacation. Hotel is clean, food is adequate and staff are friendly. The biggest disappointment is that the hotel turns off the water to the kids splash park and water slides for a minimum of two hours of the day (12-2) on top of this they turned off the water again (3-4) to force people to watch a foam party in an adhace pool. Three hours of the day the kids are trying to push themselves down the slides as there is no water aid the process. As we have very young children this was the number 1 must have on our wish list for hotels.We stayed at Aska Lara and the water for their kids splash park never turned off. Had we known this was how the hotel operates we would never have chosen the hotel. Terribleloy disappointed

We stayed here for a week, and overall, it was a wonderful holiday. The rooms were lovely and big; we had interconnected rooms, and the hotel was lovely, clean, and nicely decorated throughout. Unfortunately, we do have a couple of negative comments. One is that, as nice as the rooms are, they offer no soundproofing from other rooms. If you have noisy neighbors, you are going to hear everything. We had to move rooms because of this, as the children were being woken up. Secondly, do not use the shops in the hotel, and ensure you pack everything you need. They were charging €65 for a pool float! They also charged €10 for a pack of plasters and €25 for feminine hygiene products. Similarly, the clothes shops wanted €35 for a kids' swim top! These shops are taking advantage of people using the hotel, and it’s giving the hotel a bad reputation. There are shops about 2 km away, and I would recommend using the supermarkets there for anything you need. Lastly, the food wasn’t overly great. It was repetitive and definitely lacked variety. If you are vegan, you have no choices other than salad, chips, and fruit. The hotel was not accommodating at all and pointed out items with butter, so please be mindful if you are lactose intolerant or vegan. In fact, the chefs seemed more upset about the difficulty and did not understand what veganism is, despite multiple explanations. Other than a couple of negatives, the holiday was great.

Animation team is amazing. Especially Nür, Alex, Arif, Fatih and Halil. They are so energetic, very kind, enthusiastic,.. they are amazing. They work so hard and such long days but always keep an amazing energy. I love them!!!!! They also speak a lot of languages which is very easy. They are good for children, adults and above! ;) Hafsa

We stayed at the Royal Seginus for 1 week in May. Lovely hotel and amazing staff. We spent many hours in the children's club with our 3 year old son and the staff there were all friendly and attentive. One staff member called Tolga really excelled at his customer service and welcomed us there everyday- kid's and adults alike. He really showed a passion for his work with all the children. Well done

They are the best specially for family food amazing bar staff excellent specially Meryem carpanali and guest relation guldane are fabulous at there services I would really recommend this hotel because of there friendly staff 5 star review will deservet .Habib come to royal seginus u will not be regret it.

I almost like everything about hotel ; foods,service,cleaning and the best part of hotel is the mini club. My children loved it and especially activities in the day r great and enjoyable. Especially thx to Tolga,Duygu, yigit,Olsen,indira,nigar
