Отель расположен на самом краю полуострова, в дали от городских развлечений. Ехать от аэропорта от часа до 2 (в зависимости от пробок). В отеле есть все: начиная от фитнеса, заканчивая футбольным полем. Теннис, настольный теннис, бильярд, пляжный волейбол, детская площадка - все это бесплатные развлечения. Плюс на территории еще есть боулинг, спа, магазины и много другое. Питание шикарное, голодным не останешься. Особенно понравились блюда на гриле - мясо и дорада. Вечером в ресторане играет живая музыка, далее представления и дискотека до 24:00. Все номера выходят в сторону моря. Единственный минус - это лифты, их маловато и иногда приходится долго ждать.

Recently returned from a family holiday at the Kefaluka Hotel and found the experience to be very mixed. In terms of positives, the pool facilities were decent for children of different ages with a shallow pool for toddlers to play in, a splash park also suitable for younger children and deeper pools and water slides for older children. The temperature of the outdoor pools was also fine overall, although they are not heated. The view from our hotel room was beautiful and the proximity to the beach which included a jetty with plenty of sun loungers and activities such as kayaks was good. The traditional Turkish snack bar beside the beach was excellent- they offered fresh gozleme pancakes with various fillings that were delicious. Unfortunately despite the standards of the hotel grounds being as hoped for overall, the quality of our room did not match this. Upon arrival, we noted a broken swing chair which my child scraped their leg on, a broken bed frame, a broken screen separating our balcony from our neighbour, peeling wallpaper, a hole in the wall poorly patched up and cigarette burns in the curtains. When I raised these points with the guest manager, in what is classed as a five star establishment, his attitude and customer service was absolutely appalling. His answer was to point out that if I would like a newer or better standard of room, I should pay to go to a newer or better hotel. I reminded the manager that I had paid a significant amount to stay at this hotel, he simply maintained I should expect the rooms to be tired because the hotel was of a certain age. His next solution was to offer an alternative smaller room that was also very tired. Despite assurances he would remove the broken chair and address the other concerns possible, no attempt was made to do so. In addition to our disappointment with the quality if our room, allocated a la carte nights changed during our stay meaning one of the restaurants was no longer available to us. The member of staff handling guest relations also explained she was unable to book my parents, who were staying at the hotel at the same time as myself and my family of four, in to the same a la carte on our chosen night as she was requirdd to reserve a particular number of spaces for the manager or important guests in case they wished to dine in these. When we went to our chosen restaurant, without my parents, there were three tables still available. The buffet offered some nice options at times however on the whole, the food lacked variety and was often cold. Items like bread and pastries were often stale and hard. The evening entertainment was good at times following this, an adult disco ran every night until midnight and the volume of this was very loud and could be heard very clearly from our room. Overall, whilst there were aspects of the hotel we enjoyed, having weighed the negatives against the positives, this isn't an establishment we would return to. We're taking the guest manage

Great hotel. Sevgi was amazing! got me and the children up dancing. zumba and yoga . great fun for kids! animation team and mini disco great. evening entertainment fab still warm and food lovely. pool and water slides kept kids entertained all day with fantastic splash park and ice cream variety for free!!!

This was our second time staying at this hotel we previously visited just before Covid as a couple and really enjoyed it this time we came with kids and extended family for 2 weeks. Would recommend booking a private transfer from the airport as it does cut a chunk off the time as can be over 2 hours with the shared shuttle this was great especially when it’s a late flight. We had originally booked 2 connecting rooms for us and 3 kids but we got upgraded to a villa with shared pool - great start to the holiday! This was a godsend and the kids loved the pool. Had 2 fridges which were refilled daily although we did have to phone reception on a few occasions for them to re fill it. The villa decor was clean but does need modernisation however this did not impact our stay and the beds were comfortable. Bring clothes hangers as there wasn’t very much provided. The hotel is absolutely lovely all staff we encountered apart from the odd barman at the pool bar were friendly and helpful. Some of the reception staff don’t speak hardly any English but did their best to help. All communal areas of the hotel were kept clean and presentable. The sunsets cannot be beaten at this hotel absolutely beautiful! Restaurant staff always friendly and welcoming knew our group of 7 drinks orders from breakfast to dinner within a couple of days & were a real laugh. Food was always a great choice kids always found something to eat even the picky eaters. The Chinese a la carte was amazing and great service as was the Italians although we preferred the Chinese. Loved the doner/chicken kebabs at the beach during the day and the gozleme so tasty! Beach area was absolutely beautiful loved watching and feeding the fish and we even seen a barracuda. Be careful as our daughter was stung by a jellyfish in the sea. Evening entertainment was quite good but think it should start at 9 instead of 10 especially for the younger kids. We Did a day trip to Kos via jet 2 was good but a very long day and bring anti sickness pills for the ferry as the sea was very choppy. The market in Turgetreis on Saturdays was good but actually got better bargains going in to Turgetreis during the week. They have some great bars & restaurants there too. All in all we all had a great holiday and will probably return in a few years time. Thanks again Kefaluka staff! Special mentions to Benjamin (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) and Yadiz (again sorry for spelling) for being so friendly & funny and putting up with us for 2 weeks in the main restaurant!

Currently here with my Son who is recuperating from Surgery. On Day One I aggrivated an old back injury. I went to Vesile and Gamze at Customer Relations.They sent the Hotel Chauffeur out to a Local Chemist to get Ibuprofen meds and gel. Vesile held me in conversation whilst I was in pain.The Medicines arive back to Vesile. I thank you Gamze and Vesile That is Outstanding Customer Empathy and Service. Eugene SMYTH

İt was nice holiday with our baby. Even if it was april the weather was nice and sea was a little bit cold but we managed to swim. Entertainment team was great and very helpful. Overall, it was very good experience. Food was also great there there were lots of choices.
