The hotel is super quite and clean. A bit far away from the centre but there is a mall next to it that has everything. Recommend.

I recommend the hotel in terms of the nice location near the Helli Mall and the city center and in terms of the professional and welcoming service and room cleanness.

It’s clean hotel with friendly staff but room sound isolation is poor as you can here funny noise from swimming pool & rooms

Recently I got an opportunity to visit hili rayhan by Rotana. I must definitely say that they have well maintained hotel. It has a modern look and everything is upto standard. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are tidy, Modern and spacious also. Furnishing, interior, outlook, everything has real five star feel . Elements serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are theme nights everyday. From maxican to international, Italian to bbq, you get chance to try different menu in dinner every night. Hotel management is always ready to sort any concern. Service is too fast and good. Pool is one of the best in al ain. There is well equipped gym, pool and play area at level 1. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to others.

Another extraordinary seafood night with excellent service and above dreams taste... Deeply from my heart, thanks a lot for cheifs Hesham, Santos, and Anson.
