Συνολικά δεν ήταν το αναμενόμενο, δεν έχετε την αίσθηση ενός ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων με υπηρεσία 5 αστέρων. Η γυναίκα μου παρήγγειλε επιπλέον 2 μπουκάλια νερό από το νοικοκυριό (καθώς είναι καλοκαίρι και βάζουν μόνο 1 μπουκάλι νερό), ο κύριος ήρθε με ένα μόνο, όταν είπα ότι παραγγείλαμε 2, είπε αν θέλουμε περισσότερα για να παραγγείλουμε υπηρεσία δωματίου !!! Ήταν απλώς γελοίο, πιθανότατα λαμβάνει οδηγίες από τον ανώτερό του, ώστε ο επισκέπτης να μπορεί να παραγγείλει από την υπηρεσία δωματίου. Τέλος πάντων η γυναίκα μου τους ξανακάλεσε και εστάλη ένα δεύτερο μπουκάλι.
Οι περισσότεροι από τους καλεσμένους δεν φορούσαν μάσκες στα ασανσέρ.
Τέλος πάντων ήταν η πρώτη και τελευταία φορά, δεν θα το συνιστούσα.

Very nice place to spend vacation, excellent facility with very good weather and professional and friendly staff, i have to give credit to Hamdi in the reception was very polite, supportive and friendly.

I love this hotel. I live in Dubai and when I travel to Fujairah I always choose Rotana hotel. Service was very good and staff is very lovely.

A place that never changed over 25 years… always welcoming, always make you feel home, no matter how many times managment changed but always the best coming. If you go ask about Niqula the GM, denies on the pool bar, Kumar FB manager, Sahile from waves restaurant, Denish OMG forgive me if I forgot some names but these guys are stars .. start asking about Sara from reservation that is going to be your first right move. I had the blast of my life every time I come here. I love you guys and I live every single thing in this place.

Absolutely! Here's a review for great service, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Al falaj cafe . From the moment I walked in was incredible very welcoming and attentive to details . I had a memorable experience. The quality of the products & services provided exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend Dyan & Sanduni to anyone for the good services.

Was travelling in Fujairah for Eid holidays and stopped over at this hotel for freshments. Dyan and Sanduni were very accommodating and were very polite. Great selection of beverages were available. Thank you and will surely visit again.

Amazing stay at the Rotana Fujerah. Everything was perfect, from food, room, pools, beach and service. And what made our stay extra special is the friendly staff. Special thanks to the duty manager Marzouk for the great hospitality. We're definitely coming back again soon! Thank you for the amazing stay.
