Overall wasn't as expected, you don't get the feeling of a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service. My wife ordered extra 2 bottles of water from housekeeping (as it is summer and they only placing 1 bottle of water), the gentleman came with only one, when I said that we ordered 2, he said if we want more to order room service!!! It was just ridiculous, probably he is getting instructions from his superior so guest can order from Room service. Anyway my wife called them again and a second bottle was sent.
Most of the guests were not wearing masks at the elevators.
Anyway was the first and last time, I wouldn't recommend it.

It was our first stay at Rotana Resort in Fujaraih. We choose this hotel because of great reviews about vacation with children. Actually the beginng wasn’t good but it wasn’t fault by the hotel. There was misunderstandung about position of our room. We wanted to change our room to area where are families. Here I would to say big thanks and thumbs up to director of front office Ahmed Essam who took care of us. His approach was incredible and thanks to him it was our best stay at hotel ever. He was so kind to us and changed our room immediately. We never goes at the same places two times but we will make exception here. Thank you so much for our best holiday. We will come back. We are recommending this hotel so much.

It was a long journey dubai to fujairh. Since entrance everything was so exited. First of all I wanna give my best regards to "sanuka" who gave us an unexpected , marvelous and really valuable room. Thank you so much Sanuka. We must remind chef sher khan who is really humble person in the restaurant really appreciate his kind words and I was wonder when Im listening his amazing journey. Plus restaurant bar attendant jaganaadan or gajanaadan. Who makes marvelous mocktails and cocktails for us. And what a humble f&b outlet manager Mr leo. We was confused by seen he works with the team and He is a really good example for the teamwork, Leadership and captancy. We are in love with who cleaned our rooms Mr Roshan trustable person and one other guy white and tall. (can't remember the name) Fujairh rotana swimming pool and beach deserved so focused, active and super cool lifeguard boys. All of them are so friendly with all the guest. Should be highlight "Uchitha" Really good hearted and friendly person. And sanduni in mozaique. She is so pretty and really hardworking person with a kind heart. Thank u for all of people who make our journey wonderful and memorable. Hope to see u again. So beautiful place and so comfortable hotel to stay if I can forever….

We had a very good stay .. staff was extremely polite and never miss to make us feel special..with complimentary fruit baskets and sweets. Rooms were very good neat and clean all the time with great views.. it was a great experience all in all ..

Duty manager MR EMIN and MRs REEM. They cancel our booking, tell us go and find reason why and whi did it ! We spent 4 hours to communicate with hotel provider ( international phone calls, email and etc ) and at the end we figured out stuff from Hotel Reservation did it ! They cancel our reservation because we are Residents of UAE ! MR EMIN didn't gave any options , no excuse why they cancel ! Mr Emin said us pay triple price and stay ! Very dissopoint! Dont recommended to anyone!

We were looking forward to a relaxing Staycation with friends and family... unfortunately, it was noisy and more "party" style: DJ and silly dances in and out of the pool late into the night. Food was average (what you'd expect in an All inclusive, but we were only room + breakfast), the smart restaurant we had planned to go was fully booked both evenings so we had to use the main restaurant and the beach restaurant. The hotel itself is gorgeous, rooms and pools are perfect too, the staff super friendly and helpful.
