I booked with his hotel. The first issue was they gave me a key to another room second issue was the mattresses aren’t even comfortable at all. They don’t give you enough towels, and they had a couple roaches show up in my room, even though they gave me the wrong key to the wrong room, and I entered the room and somebody else was staying in it, then all night I couldn’t get the password because they don’t have staff all night I called about 11 maybe 12 to get the password for the Wi-Fi and staff I left for the day already so I didn’t get to use the Wi-Fi and I also did not get to use the cable because the cable kept shutting off and saying call the office and nobody was in the office . Then they don’t offer any accommodation for them being so disorganized like discount etc so last time I’ll be visiting this location

The room was very dirty. Someone had occupied it and it was not cleaned. There were underwear thrown on the floor and a strong pot smell.
To date the hotel has not refunded my payment.

We booked the room thru *******. We requested a queen bed, but got a full bed. The rug in our room was filthy. The bed was clean, but very umcomfortable. The room was small. I would never stay here again.

Mini Kitchen is wonderful for us to cook by ourselves. The front desk is very honest and helpful.

We weren’t too thrilled about the noise outside after 10pm and the bed was not comfortable. People were nice and it was clean.

My non-smoking room reeked and the pillows also smelled of smoke. The staff was great, but this property needs a serious refresh. Also, the wi-fi in my end of the building was unusable.

Check-in went super easy and fast, person working the desk was super friendly! The room was average quality, average cleanliness. The area around the hotel was decently lit and it stayed pretty quiet all night. I was only there one evening but had no notable issues!

The Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean. I am going to deduct a point for the shower pressure. I am going to deduct another point for the Television. It was just too small. 43" should be the minimum size TV in any hotel. Everything that was supposed to be in the room was in the room. It was pretty quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed delivery from Doordash and Walmart right to the room. The price I paid for 4 nights was reasonable. I would stay at Suburban Inn and Suites again.
