Good thing was That the pool was nere. In a week of our stayennence, not a one time cleaning In the room. Dirty towels were taken away, but not any fresh towels left behind. The bed cleaning was change never In That week. They just took the garbage out, and nothing else. Floos were not cleaned At all... The staff In the Hotel was arrogant. Everything was forbidden, not visiters aquired, not toiletpaper In the room.

Very bad reviews scared us but we were pleasantly surprised Hotel had more pros than cons Cons: woman at the reception wasnt very nice or helpful and didnt speak english,room didnt have a safe,breakfast and lunch are too early,swimming pool is too small Pros: other people working there including luch ladies barmen,waiters,guys at the reception were friendly and smiling and talkative and made us feel like locals Rooms are getting cleaned as soon as you require it Food is great for vegans and vegetarians due to vegetables and salads being very popular there Location is great,prettiest and less crowded part of Kleopatra beach is across the steeet

Very nice owners and coopersters, but they don't know how to run an hotel with this size. They are lack of management, most of the stuff are incompetent. They have wrong type of cleaning employer at the hotel. The cleaning stuff are very lasy and don't clean the room properly. We and other customer had lot of complainment at the time for our visit. We got many black &blue stanes at towels and sheets every day. We suspekt that many drugdealers slep at the hotel with ******* and they using the rooms. Local Police visiting the hotel every night for catching drugdealers.

I have traveled the world and this was one of the worst hotel i have ever experienced , unfortunately it was very bad experience with them we booked the room online and when we arrived we realized that the room was not the same as the picture they viewed and when we asked for a better room they charged us more money!!, the room was very old the bedsheets was old broken and smells really bad !! The whole rooms in the hotel smells drainage we couldnt sleep comfortably!! The woman who is cleaning the room were cleaning the floor with the same toilet floor towel!! Any request we did they were always answering there is no room service!! The towels they provided us was old and damaged!! Even there was no tissues or a bin in the room ! The fridge was sooo old and not cooling!
AC conditioner was always turned off whenever we open the balcony! So we needed to smell the dranage whenever we enter the room! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. OVER RATED
