Hotel Grand Kaptan - Ultra All Inclusive

Would not return to this hotel as an English family with young children. We have been to many countries in many different rated hotels but this one just doesn’t cater for us with young children. This hotel is only suitable for adults. The rooms are comfy and spacious, the cleaners do a great job. The food and drinks are also nice, typical all inclusive food but as fussy eaters we always found something to eat. But there is nothing much locally in the area, it’s ok for adults coming on just a relaxing holiday sunbathing. The hotel is also 3 hour + ride away from the airport, better to go private which takes it down to 2 hours. English isn’t understood very well here, kids club wasn’t very organised with just a room for children with some colours on the table and nobody really interacting with them or running activities. There was only a few nights with entertainment during our 10 night stay (bingo once, Brazilian dancers once, then the rest of nights was karaoke or nothing). Our preference on holiday is the beach, but the beach guys here complained about my children (aged 1 and 3) getting sand on the sun beds whilst playing, which is absolutely ridiculous and that made our minds up that we would not return to this hotel nor recommend this hotel to family/ friends. My children are well behaved and just played in the sand with their toys, causing no bother and even putting their cups/straws in the bin when finished, so complaining about them getting sand on the beds *at the beach!! is ridiculous. We went to a different resort last year in Turkey with my children and many other children where we had a completely different experience, you can get much more for your money elsewhere.

Spa was very nice, we had a lovely time pebri was amazing very relaxed and great massage.coffee scrub was very nice skin is now very soft I feel very relaxed and lovely green tea and fruit to finish with very refreshing will definitely be back next time

For every plus for this hotel there was a bigger minus.. from arriving at 4.30am the door key didn't work and basically got worse as the week went on.. No basic English spoken and massive language barrier... Some staff fantastic...Some not...awful noisey location... Rooms was nice and mini bar was stocked but was not working...had a debate with management over tea or lack of..basic with all inclusive.... A basic hotel but not good..food was very good and the service excellent but was let down badly by front reception who in fairness after a meeting with management after a person made my wife cry over a request they was very aware of a problem and the hotel manager did her best to rectify the situation... I would never go back to this hotel through choice and now...not a fan of Turkey but I'm sure there are some lovely places ...which this part was not

I WENT TO SANDAL TUSKISH BATH & SPA AND PEBRI MESSAGES ARE REALLY GREAT. IF YOU GO TO THE WELNESS I WOULD MAKE AN APPINION WITH HER. Also having a blast in the hotel in the Pool and the playgarden for the kids. And they really like to play in the sand on the beach that is like 100 m from the hotel

very nice hotel and staff specially the reception team manager very professional and friendly definitely recommend for family holidays food is very nice and rich in vitamins the hotel is having shuttle bus to local analya market and returns too

Absolutely gorgeous and excellent hotel. Services and facilities is awesome, highly recommend to do turkish bath in the hotel. Debri is very skillful and done her job very perfectly. Perfect for stay. Will come and visit again next holiday!!

Amazing hotel. The spa trea**ent from Maya is a perfect way to end my trip. The cleanliness of the hotel is top tier. The hospitality from the staffs cannot be compared with anyone else. They will not be ungenerous to food and drinks. I had an exceptional experience with my stay in this hotel. It was worth all the money.

The experience in the Spa of the Grand Kaptan was second to none, Maya my therapist was outstanding! Highly recommend, they take great care making it an experience to remember. Went for the medical package they also cater for children too! 100% return
