Relax Beach Hotel

Kalite çok kötü, ortak kullanım alanları lavabolara girmenin imkânı yok çok kötü kokuyor, rezervasyon esnasında otel'de çok kötü anlar yaşadık sabah kimlik ile girdiğimiz otel'e oda'ya yerleşme aşamasında pasaport istediler, rezervasyon esnasında oteli aradık böyle bir uyarı yapılmadı.geri dönmek istedik o esnada 2 standart oda olarak yaptığımız rezervasyonu bize 4 kişi tek standart oda olarak verdiler kabul etmek zorunda kaldık.İçecekler ılık buz yok, animasyon yok, yemek alanı çok dar çok sıra var özellikle barbekü ızgara bölümünde, gözlemeyi boyut olarak dört parmak diyebiliriz sırada beklemeye değmez, hamburger de aynı. Plastik bardaktan başka cam bardak verilmedi. Havuz çok küçük yüzmek imkânsız sâdece ayakta duruyorsunuz. Deniz kenarında kayalıklar taşlıklar ve dalga nedeniyle deniz'e giremedik. Oda aşırı dardı bitişik 4 yatak ve 3 yetişkin 14 yaşında bir çocuk ile bitişik yatarak 6 gün geçirdik. Odamızın olduğu tarafta bir bar vardı gece 3 e kadar son ses müzik ile uykumuzu berbat etti. Yani kâbus gibi bir tatil oldu. Paramızla rezil olduk. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz

I honestly don’t even know where to start. First and foremost, I wish we read the reviews before staying here as every single one has been quite literally bang on. In terms of love holidays, we had an awful experience. What was meant to be a 2hour drive from the airport to our hotel, turned into an 8 hour trek in a hot sweaty coach with no air conditioning and an incredibly rude coach driver. We got to our hotel at 6 o’clock in the morning with a receptionist who was falling asleep, who didn’t tell us anything about the hotel (when breakfast, lunch, dinner was etc, we didn’t know we had a rep until a week into our stay… it was shocking communication from loveholidays and the hotel). If you’re British, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Through not fault of the hotel’s (which is the only thing I’ll admit isn’t their fault), is that it’s full of Russians. And due to this, quite clearly the hotel only caters for Russians. The food was atrocious, to say the least, every single day. Who serves broccoli for breakfast? And there’s no beans! But that was the least of our worries. My girlfriend cut into what we thought was a cooked pepper one lunchtime to have a full sized caterpillar inside. We went to show a staff member who did nothing but take the plate off our table and clear it. The queues for food were ridiculous, they had a grill outside that was an easy 30-40 minute wait for either a frozen burger, some chewy chicken which looked like they scraped something up off the road or leftover chicken nuggets from the night before. The food was infested with flies, and it was clear that on the days that certain foods hadn’t been finished (fries mainly), they were reused the following day. Cold, stale, fries repeatedly served everyday which was unfortunately one of the very few things we could eat. I wish we took pictures of the food but we didn’t, I FaceTimed my brother one evening and to his amusement he saw the shambles of the dinner service and what they offered. Every time we tried some of the food we just got up and left and went to a nearby restaurant. The staff were rude, much alike to their Russian counterparts, they’d only speak to the Russians and made no attempt to make our stay welcoming. This can be backed up by the bar staff giving Russians drinks in glasses and us, in plastic cups. The bar just wasn’t even a bar. They had empty glass bottles on the back bar of certain vodka’s, rum’s and whiskey’s which they didn’t sell, as they only used crap never seen before spirits under the counter. The mixers were bought from local shops, in bottles and left out in the sun which inturn meant they were serving warm drinks. Nice. I read a review once I came back which said someone thought the Efes beer on tap was alcohol free. I think I’d agree with this. The hotel also has a hut on the beach which you have to pay for if you want any drinks. What’s the point of all inclusive? In terms of hotel entertainment, there isn’t any, we stayed one eve

Thank you to Relax beach hotel family. We came with my family, our room was new and tidy, the food was delicious, the employees were friendly, they did not discriminate between locals and foreigners. I recommend you to try the bath.

Firstly I would not even give this hotel 1 star if I had an option of 0! If your English do not stay at this hotel, there was no English guests and the staff claimed they didn't know english either! Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist asleep at the desk, they did not even say hello. After taking our passports a young boy put us into the lifts and showed us our family room which was so small 2 people couldn't stand side by side from the end of the bed to the wall. The shower didn't work and our sheets or towels were not change throughout the week of our stay. When we confronted the receptionist about this matter it was more of an argument of him telling us they had been. Our first day, baring in mind we arrived at 4am we were woke at 9am by "our information guide" reminding us of the meeting at 10:40. The meeting was in fact someone trying to sell us excursions instead of showing us around the hotel and making us feel welcome. Around the hotel we were none stop harassed by the men stood out side the massage department, the harassment didn't stop until we were forced to book in for a treatment! Which was terrible! The ground floor of relax beech hotel was infested with flys!!! All over the tables and food area! WORST ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD !! Onto the dining which was horrendous, more like a feeding station at a farm! The food was not edible and people were smoking everywhere! It also states they have entertainment, this is false information. The entire time me and my family were there they played Russian music far too loud day and night!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! To describe this facility as even a hotel is a a huge compliment. unclean, unwelcoming, terrible food, rude staff (unless your a young woman), will never ever visit again. DO NOT attend this hotel if you are from Western Europe!!! We were the only British people in the hotel and we where actively ignored by all the staff. As soon as they found out we didn’t speak Russian we was ignored. The food is terrible!!! Like the worst all inclusive I’ve ever eaten at. Infested with flies! Loud music played throughout the restaurant bar area, which is both combined, people smoking in the restaurant INCLUDING STAFF!! cooking stations coated in legacy hardened grease. Undressed tables with breakfast remains left on table throughout lunch. The staff would pressure wash the floors whilst eating meaning we had to leave in numerous occasions whilst attempting to eat fries, as that was the only edible food. We had to eat out every night which was a further expense. Our towels and bed sheets where not changed throughout the entirety of our weeks stay. When this was addressed to staff the assured us they had changed it and became rude to us. Upon arrival we where greeted by 3 employees sleeping and then crammed into a small lift with guidance from a young boy not in uniform to direct us to our room. The initial induction was a sales rep attempting to sell overpriced excursions rather then showing us around and ask necessary questions to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. There is no entertainment on evenings just loud Russian music, alcohol spilled all over the floors and cigarette butts flicked all over the tables. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! NOT WELCOMING!! NEVER RETURNING!!

İki sene önce gitmiştik o zaman çok güzeldi bu sene tekrar gitmek istedik ama maalesef berbat bir tatilde o da temizliğine bakan bayan çok iyiydi personel restoran bölümündeki personeller hiç iyi değildi yemekler berbattı bar bölümündeki personeller berbattı kola istediğimiz zaman kolamız bitti dediler snack bar çok yetersizdi yani resmen aç kaldık çünkü yemekler hepsi bayattı sürekli aynı menüler çıkıyordu yani kısacası paramız çöpe gitti kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum 2-3 fazla verseydi keşke başka bir otel tercih etseydik

Were do I start arrived at airport to be told our shuttle bus was running late waited an hour with children who were tired getting harassed for tips then thinking a 20 min transfer turned into 3 hours to then get to hotel wasn't a great greeting of a young lad, we paid for 2 double rooms but was then offered a family room which we thought was brilliant that we would all be in the same room to then be woken up around 3am wanting to see passports and things because they couldnt remember giving us the room! When we went for food we was greeted by a feeding frenzy from other guests checked out the food sorry I wouldn't feed my dog it chicken and rice is not wat I paid for dinner tea and even on excursions I paid £3.500 for a week here for all inclusive for family of five wat we got was watered down lager, a very small cup of coke and that was all that was included in all inclusive we had to pay for anything else.. they are ripping people of including not giving change when paying for things.. we actually had to pay to eat out every night due to not being able to get in the restaurant with everyone pushing and pulling and when you did finally get to the food there was nothing left.. everywhere was infested with flies.and to be harassed by the people working at the hotel especially the sauna people who just wouldn't take no for an answer I could rant on forever for this hotel please avoid terrible terrible experience

Berbat kimin eli kimin cebinde belli değil rest postasında duran garsonmu kim belli değil arkadaş cebine telefon müziği açmış misafir arasında geziyor saçma sapan bir düzen var herkes şef herkes patron servis bardan buz istiyorum erimiş küçük buzları toplayıp vermeye çalışan personel bayan başka yok deyip yüzüne bakmıyor tesis güzel ama düzen yok disiplin çok hele sabah kahvaltısında omlet yapan arkadaşlar sanki zorla getirilmiş telefon son ses kürkçe müzik açılmış keyfinde kimsenin dili dini ile yorum yapmıyorum ama önce işine saygı duy nerde ne yaparsan yap artı şenzokta sabah koyduğum içecek öğlen sonu 14:00 a kadar aynı bardak sehpadan kalkmadı çatal bıçak aramaya nerdeyse mutfağa girecektim arkadaşlar kadın kızla uğraşmaktan gözü kimseyi görmüyor akşam kapı kenarında anası ninesi yaşında kadını götüren personel gördüm bunları kafamdan uydurmuyorum keşke böyle şeylere değilde işinize kafanızı verseniz bir daha tövbe ………
