A very nice hotel, close to the beach. Nice, clean and lovely, fresh food, and very beautifull cakes and pastry. For a small amount, upgrade too a suite, with beautifull view over the ocean. The pool was COLD, but the water in the sea warm. The people in the reception, was not any help when we had questions, but Lovely Ms. Doaa in the little Beauty-shop Coiffeur, gave us a lot of ideas to trips , restaurants etc. Very helpfull :-)

The hotel is brilliantly located by the lovely sandy Kleopatra beach. It is a well run hotel with an international atmosphere. The hotel offers a good variety of amenities such as outdoor and indoor pool, a decent gym also offering billard and table tennis and a spa apartment. The pool area is rather small and tends to get really crowded. The buffet is excellent with a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. Some might find it a bit repetitive and lacked some more international dishes and perhaps some theme nights, but the food was always carefully looked after and tasted well. The bar service was very good. The men working at the bar at the hotel were always smiling and friendly. This was in comparison to the people working at the bar on the beach. It is excellent having a beach service included in the AI, but at the beach bar we really felt second rated compared to other customers and there was seldom a smile. We got the feeling that they just wanted to sell us cocktails. We read about the ultra All Inclusive option, but we did not try it. I guess you have to pay 15 Euros a day per person for a week. Four members of our group had stomach issues during the week. It is hard to say if it was due to the buffet, but we did unfortunately see a lot of people not being sufficiently hygenic around the buffet area. It looks as if people have forgotten all about the importance of hand hygiene. The hotel needs a renovation to stay in touch with modern times. The beds were really hard, but the air-conditioning system worked really well. In contrary to what others might suggest, I would suggest not to have a room facing the pool. If you get a room on the opposite side, your room and balcony will have shade most of the day compared to the ones facing the pool. This was something very much appreciated after a long day in the hot Turkish sun. Evening entertainment happens three times a week and was of good quality (dancing, singing and acrobatics)🌞😎

Stayed at a good hotel in Alanya. Delicious food, nice drinks, and a private beach with a bar. Staff was helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. However, the air conditioning system could be improved; it reset itself, and in the middle of the night, the air started blowing directly towards the beds. Despite this, an overall enjoyable stay.

We spent six days with family and friends at the Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel. It is very close to the beach and the city center is not far away. Cuma chef and his colleagues offered us wonderful and tasty meals every day. Thank you very much! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, the maids made wonderful decorations from the bed linen and towels. One of our friends just had a birthday, they made a cake for him out of a towel! The beach is very nice. We participated in many programs and were able to experience the Turkish lifestyle. Here, they really do everything to make the guest feel excellent. We are glad that we were here, it was one of our best holidays! - Beautiful Alanya 😊 -

Had the best bartender Abdullah Fayat! Drank the best raki ever!:) Skills, and competencies I will come up with regularly in my search for professional development at hotels. It’s the most useful thing in my job interviews. :)

The hotel meets its standards as described. Very good food! The pool area is lowered and therefore you have more privacy from the street. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes from the hotel. Very nice and dedicated staff especially the girl with the tattoos. Rooms were always very well cleaned and often different things were built from the towels.

The worst all inclusive hotel we have visited in the last 10 years. We buy an all-inclusive trip so that you don't have to take money with you to the beach or the pool, and you don't have to fill your suitcase with towels. In this hotel all inc does not include all drinks, food or towels. We paid an additional 180 e in the hotel, which we used to get towels, but still some of the food and drinks had to be paid for. The price of the towels remained around 100 euros, they were sold on the street for 2 euros. So we were carefully tricked when the benefits of the ultra all inclusive package were told. The promises made in writing did not hold up in this hotel.

We had an excellent time in our holiday spent at your hotel, it was seven amazing day's. The room was big enough for two, very clean,and the air conditioning was working fine. At the meals we had a variety of dishes to choose from, nice desserts 🍨 and fruits. For a 4 star hotel 🏨 ✨️ the ratio cost/offer is really ok.We had a conversation with the manager and he showed us how the hotel will look next year after renovation and definitely we will be back with friends.
