Le Alcove - Luxury Hotel Nei Trulli

There are pros and cons to The Alcove, where we stayed for two nights in a cycling trip in Puglia. Pros: 1. Central Location; 2. Pretty Decor; 3. Comfortable Bed & Pillows; 4. Friendly and Helpful Staff; and 5. Great Breakfasts. Cons: 1. No shower, instead a handheld sprayer and tub; 2. Our room faced the busy street/pedestrian walkway, which was very loud. We were awakened early both mornings to the trash and recycling trucks.

Alberbello was one of the places of must visit locations on our ever expanding travel musts. We wanted to experience staying in a traditional Trullo and Le Alcove didn’t disappoint. Tastefully decorated, small boutique hotel with the most wonderful service. Great breakfast provided and in a peaceful location on the outskirts of all the mayhem. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service . Fernanda assisted with every detail from arranging our car park/ transpiration, serving breakfast and recommending an amazing place for dinner ( Siné pasta experience) Thank you Fernanda for making our stay a highlight while we were in Alberobello !!!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Unique in all aspects! The staff was also incredible! We had no problems with anything. We had a smooth transition to and from the parking garage, WONDERFUL breakfast and AMAZING staff. Our room was very large and unique. It was cozy and we had everything we needed, Thank you!

really a neat deal, great location and super attentive staff. Funky cave dwellers bathroom with no option for a hot shower. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. If a night in stone hut is on your list give it a try.

1. Trulo Top Suite - loved our room. This charming hotel is a gem & great value. 2. Staff and owner were so helpful. Thank you for the suggestions especially on the segue tour by AllWays Puglia (he offers a buggy option too) 3. Great bed, linens, pillows etc 4. Wonderful tub in our room in its own connected trulli 5. Breakfast, - so much abundance. They bring it to you. Small courtyard or larger trulli inside. Great coffee. Fresh local produce & fruit 6. We had a loft upstairs that i used for yoga Yes - no yoga mat but i was just as happy. not needed. clean wood floors. 7. they kept us with water refills - thx esp during heat wave end of June. 8. great location - walk everywhere. 9. helped us with parking and excellent communication when a bike race meant we needed to arrive either early or late. Thank you. 10. Just note if you leave fruit in your room, they may take it away.I put it in a mug so not leak any juice...i understand how that could happen but that was my apricot i had purchased. i told them but was not replaced. no worries, these things happen. This happened at another hotel too, so be clear if you don't want hotels to take away your fruits or cut up muffin etc. 11. Recommend this - YES 100%. Thank you. And yes also visit Alberobello. It is magical at night when the tour buses and day trippers are gone....we stayed 2 nights, which was perfect for staying put in this sweet town.
