Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. Breakfast was awesome, hot breakfast along with waffle maker and standard cereal etc. Only negative was juices tasted very watered down all 3 days. Pool was great, very warm water. Hot tub had some kind of black goopy stuff along sidewalls. Kids had a great time, staff was great. Will stay again.

We paid to leave our car during our flight and to have the shuttle transport us to the airport. We woke up that morning to find no workers downstairs. And we had to drive to the airport as there was no one to drive the shuttle. There was absolutely no workers there at all.

The mini refrigerator makes a lot of noise, the smoke detector on the last day beeped every so often, they never cleaned the room.

Room dirty. Dirty towels. Roaches. Stains in curtains, walls(mold on ceiling in bathroom and corners), rust stains in tub, sheets torn. Pull out coach had no linens or pillows. When we asked front desk for some he was out of pillows. We stayed 3 nights and needed more towels but told they were out. Pool and hot tub not swimmable, hot tub green and slimy and pool so cloudy you couldn’t see through and debris floating. Rooms loud(large cracks around door) and could hear everything in halls and nextdoor.

Ran out of hot water very quickly in the shower. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast below average. Clean comfortable hotel for the money though.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was older but upkeep was very good. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The included breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located a half mile from the Knoxville airport. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the property letting people park their cars in the parking lot while they leave town on vacations or business trips. My wife said it is a service they advertise. I don’t feel the parking lot is big enough to accommodate that service.

Breakfast is unacceptable a single waffle machine and it's 30 minutes to be able to eat. The sheets smell bad. There is damage to the walls.
