A party of us recently stayed and occupied 6 rooms in the resort. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful resort, the facilities were fabulous and Helena was an incredible member of staff who couldn’t do enough for us. However there are a few disappointing issues we need to highlight to you. Room H1D was in a very dark corner with no sunlight at all, we were unable to use the balcony because it never had any sunlight and was not very warm, it had a horrible smell and the A/C did not work even after we reported it and maintenance attended to try and fix it!
Room B0F with the baby staying in had 3 days of putting up scaffolding, painting and maintenance which prevented the baby from having his sleeps throughout the day. Also parents were unable to use the balcony to sit and enjoy the weather and unable to relax, they felt it was an intrusion of their privacy!
These issues did somewhat spoil our stay with you and therefore we would ask that either a partial refund be given or a free stay to compensate for the disappointment.
