VIVA Sunrise

We previously stayed at another Viva resort and enjoyed it so much we wanted a try another. The food and service was great- nothing to fault really. The rooms are spacious and clean and the entertainment team and activities kept the whole family happy.

Really good hotel lots of fun activities. Incredible personal, the I’ve been to so far. Will for sure come here again and recommend this to all my friends. Incredible hotel. Can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel. Been a pleasure! Really recommend this hotel for everyone adults so as families with children’s!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and worked so hard! The facilities were lovely and the food was delicious. Recommend highly!

Excellent hotel arrived at ten at night quick check in and there was a cold meal waiting for us as we had missed evening meal.Room was spacious and clean and they were cleaned every day , The food was excellent lots of choices and themed nights.All the staff were very helpful and friendly . Animation team always stop for a chat great bunch.big thank you to Johnathan,Tonny and especially the assistant manager .

Everything was very good from start to finish but what made a difference was the staff’s positive attitude. Everyone was so welcoming and was extremely friendly to our young son. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to keep us entertained. Tony, Antony and Xisco stood out; everyone was fantastic. The pirate disco each evening meant we could enjoy a drink while he danced around with other children. He is too young for the kids club (4+) but from what we saw it looked like a great way for parents to get a break! We booked a standard one bedroom apar**ent in advance but upgraded to a nicer apar**ent when we arrived so we could access the exclusive club pool. All inclusive included everything we could want including a fruit and smoothie bar for our 1 yr old son to enjoy- the only add ons would have been the use of the spa, inside pool or premium drinks. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too. Everything was clean, the food was excellent and not repetitive- lunch is served in the side bar and is table service not a buffet. The beach is a short walk away and there are shops selling snacks, beach toys and holiday souvenirs on the way. The smaller pool and exclusive pool are heated and although the kid’s splash park and main pool are not I am sure that in peak months they will be warm enough. A great stay and we will be back!

Exilent place with good service, good food, nice and frendly staff and a lot of fun activihtis for kids and adults. The cleaning was great, and we even got towels for the pool. The kids loved the activity team, they did a great jobb and was always smiling and helpfull.

Overall good, the beds was a bit hard. Could be little more things in kitchen. Balcony was excellent. Big bathroom and shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff on all positions. Decent equipment in the gym that fullfils the most basic needs. Big rooms excellent WiFi if needed. The evening entertainment was too late for my taste, going to bed early, so don't have a balcony towards the inner circuit.
