hotel is good staff very polite and helpful all inclusive we found food to be fine breakfast has plenty of choice and luch also but we do like to eat out in the evening drinks where great pina colada and maliblou where our favourites entertainment not great but ok but not really our things in any hotel island pool is amazing nice and quiet there is toilets and cafe where you can get beer and wine and soft drinks with burgers etc our room was on 4th floor and back of hotel which was reasonably quiet rooms where fine ours has 2 single beds together and a little sofa bed shower was walk in and was quite powerful maids changed towels and tided room everyday they also provide large blue towels in room for the pool which where great .pool in main hotel was a walk in pool and one on island has ladders . there is also water and coffee tea and fruit juices 24hr self service provided which i found great as i rise early also 15 euro for safe which you get back on check out alcudia old town market sunday and tuesday best way to get there for us was a taxi which cost less than 10euro for 2 of us or get hotel shuttle to beach and the get bus 324 which takes you there old town was very nice to walk around problem got a few bites from mosquitos if you do get bitten go to nearest chemist and ask for bite cream really helps with the itching and we used autan repellent etc still got about 12 bites but we must have been tasty lol overall a lovely 5 days in hotel will return again sometime

All round okay hotel the door doesn’t shut right and you have to really slam it for it to shut . Only one bed side plug (so annoying) also cracks on the floor ceiling our bed side draw was broken and left on our bed as soon as we checked in to our rooms . Food is decent but I found myself mostly eating chips and pizza . The pool IS WAS TOO COLD BOTH to be exact (don’t leave ur tow out they will take it and be very rude towards you . So meany kids about felt like I was in school the walls are paper fin and the people in the hotel are animals .

I was very skeptical of this holiday due to reading negative reviews just before. I wish I hadn’t read them because I couldn’t fault the hotel! All staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment was fantastic, food was lovely and facilities were great! Would definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely clean three star hotel overlooking a lake Staff are so friendly This was our 7th visit and 2nd this year, however it will be our last. The entertainment was shockingly poor, bingo with a card and tooth pick,?? Food on this occasion fell way below standard required Had to eat our 5 nights out of 8

Shockingly bad, currently in my room at 00:00 local time, trying to sleep to get a bus early tomorrow morning. Can one rooms TV, anothers hair dryer and music from the pool area. Food is already bad enough, the slap in the face is that it's cold. Would have been better going to a sauna at home.

We stayed at the Lagomonte in 2019 and had a great time the hotel was clean and the food very nice we think it was a 3 star plus then. We decided to go back but it has gone downhill big time, the lifts are disgusting and need cleaning the doors in them were vile, the rooms are very old now and our floors were not properly clean and the room smelt very musty all the time. The shower never works between 5-7pm when people are showering in the hotel there’s no hot water at these times at all and everyone had the same issue every day so it’s not the boiler waiting to be sorted as the reception says numerous times because it works at all other times. The pool area is cleaned daily which is good and the food is ok but lots of dirty plates. Entertainment is horrendous but that doesn’t bother us much as we tend to go for a walk in the evenings. Impossible to get a good nights sleep due to paperthin walls and banging doors all the time. Real shame as it was lovely when we came before but we won’t be returning again and couldn’t wait to leave. Stayed in much nicer 3 star hotels.

Worst holiday I have ever had. Place run down needs a lot of money spent on it. Dirty and dangerous. 2 of 3 emergency exits chained up 8/9 hours a day. All inclusive! Don’t make me laugh! Had to pay for fridge, kettle, safe key, pack of cards, swapping pool towels! The list goes on. Room more basic and grubby than anywhere I have been before. Booked with TUI who just are not interested! Food shocking, cleanliness in restaurant terrible. Ate out most of the week after both of us being Ill. Honestly save your money and stay elsewhere. This place is a liability.

After seeing all the terrible views I was starting to worry, but I can honestly say hands down this was one of the best places I've stayed! As a veggie I struggle to eat abroad, but they really pulled it out the bag! The drinks were AMAZING too, such a selection and as we were all inclusive it was even more impressive! It is so beautiful, with the lake and the snack bar being on it's own island. The staff can't do enough for you. Yes the walls were thin, but thankfully we had considerate neighbours so that wasn't an issue for us. I'm already looking forward to coming back and experiencing it all over again! The free shuttle is so wicked, straight to the most beautiful beach!!

Been many times over the last 20 years but won't be going back .Room was lovely as we're the staff .The daytime entertainment really let's it down now .There used to be footie tournaments, darts matches ,pool tournaments all of which were always a hit .None of these now .They played water polo once while we were there .The kids entertainment was face painting or balloon model making .Only once though .The last 3 days of our stay ,the pool bar stayed closed so had to go in the inside bar in swim stuff .The hotel shop was closed for 3 days out of our stay .They've also got rid of the little tubs of ice creams that the kids used to love .Evening entertainment wasn't much better. Sorry but we won't be back .
