staff of the hotel were super.
my flight arrived after midnight and the system wouldn't let me maintain my reservation.
Staff of the hotel waited me until 1:30 and let me checked in.
Trip.com and the third party of the reservation system could not helped me
But the staff helped me and made it happened.

I enjoyed the stay here. The utensils and dishes are often hard to get enough of. For example, I wanted some forks, but they were out. They had plenty of dishes for me to use, and I had brought along a spoon, so I ate with the spoon I brought with me.
Otherwise the rooms are adequate to move around, and the queen size bed was firm and comfortable. There are three pillows of various firmness and thickness, so should suit most people.
The breakfast is paltry, only consists of instant oa**eal and granola bars. There is plenty of coffee. Once coffee ran out, so I notified the management, and they started a new batch right away.
Per posted policy, they don't clean the room if staying less than a week.

因為行程有變化，又增加了一天的預訂，靠翻譯軟件與前台工作人員溝通，很順利的辦妥。房間很乾凈，還有爐灶、微波爐、冰箱，可以向酒店租借鍋碗，自己簡單加工食材，挺不錯的旅行體驗。

******* set this up for my soulmate and I after we found out the day before arriving- the hotel shut its doors. So- we would have been stranded.
Alkram, the manager, of Extended stay in Alexandria Virginia made our visit a pleasant surprise. It was 10 minutes from my competition venue and walking distance from the grocery store and various restaurants!
It was a better than expected visit. I would seriously consider visiting again.

Very basic property. Paid for queen bed, got double. Someone obviously smoked in the room beforehand with the smell and fire alarm missing. Had to ask for dishes vs having them in there like other extended stays. Other than that it was fine.

Someone else’s food in the fridge. Dirty towels in the washroom and the floor hadn’t been swept it awhile

Checking in the staff was wonderful. That’s where Good stopped.
Third floor concrete exposed by missing carpet. Smelled like urine.
No soap in room, no do not disturb sign. Night clerk made us ferl like we were bothering him by asking for something that should had already been in room
