Its ok but no tea or coffe set in toom other than ok, toilet is ok type rest staff behaviour is good

The rooms are very congested. Not so much comfortable. There is a mobile network issue inside the rooms.

Good room, service, staff behavior is very good, bery goof food, good behavior, staff-are good, all thing oks

In one of the room, water was leaking from ac, no action was taken and the problems were not solved. I didn’t click any pictures and i thought of putting a review next day after checking out

During my stay at Hotel Elite in Alipurduar, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that led to one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff were rude and inefficient, making me wait an excessively long time despite having a reservation. When I finally got to my room, it was a complete shock. The room I was given looked nothing like the one shown in the pictures online. Instead of a clean and comfortable space, I found a dingy, poorly maintained room with questionable cleanliness and broken amenities. The final straw was the safety concerns. The locks on the door were flimsy, and there were suspicious noises coming from the hallway, making me feel extremely unsafe. Given the dire conditions and my concerns for personal safety, I decided to check out within 10 minutes of seeing the room. Considering the abysmal service, the misleading room conditions, and the safety issues, the price I paid was outrageously high. This room should not have cost more than . My brief stay at Hotel Elite was a dreadful experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Staffs were cordial. And ready to serve. Food was good too.
