Hotel in a great location right next to town and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular given its star rating and I found the breakfast tired and and not great in terms of offerings. We ordered one item of room service which again was limited and it was terrible. €24 for 2 cheese and ham sandwiches and a tin of cola, only ordered owing to our arrival time but a really poor effort. Additionally disappointing was the arrangements and charges associated with using spa which was not free to access for guests and had very limited opening hours which had to be booked the day before. Apart from its location not a great stay.

We liked the pools and spa. Very relaxing after a day of driving. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel to the scenic village of Allairez and the river nearby.

This is a fantastic spa hotel with excellent facilities. Located in Allariz village next to the river, a beautiful setting. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the high price for quite average food. I would definitely use the hotel again but will eat in one of the restaurantsin the village.

Nice stay - room was very comfortable, although a little worn in some spots, but nothing that affected the stay. Most rooms appeared to have a small terrace, which was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Can't comment on the spa, but the restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner, with good options for both. Very quiet and pretty town that was pleasant to walk around.

Las habitaciones grandes y bien cuidadas, el desayuno abundante para elegir en buffet pero el spa se queda flojo, la piscina principal es pequeña, dos chorros, corriente de agua mínima, camas de burbujas que ni encendían bien, y zonas de burbujas verticales muy pequeñas, en la parte de arriba la sauna seca pequeña, el baño turco estaba estropeado y dos duchas fatala, una con chorros de agua nebulizada (en teoría) y la otra de agua fría con una alcachofa que echaba un chorrito de agua, muy mal. El aforo era excesivo, tenías que esperar en todas partes, las dos horas que tuvimos se hacieron largas

El hotel nos ha gustado mucho. Es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son muy amplias con terraza que da al jardín y al río del pueblo, es muy relajante. El spa no es enorme pero está bastante bien. La sala de estar del hotel también es muy acogedora, muy buena opción para finde de relax

Se trata de un buen hotel con amplias y limpias habitaciones, buen spa y personal muy amable, pero el salón del desayuno es pequeño y agobiante, y el café de los peores que tomé en mi vida. Creo que deberían de cambiarlo y ganaría mucho. Esperamos volver.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y se come muy bien en el restaurante.
La única pega es que permiten demasiada gente a la vez en el Spa. Es pequeño y los grupos deberían ser más reducidos para poder disfrutarlo.

A las 3:00 nos apagan la musica y nos hechan para que nos fuéramos a dormir, cuando en ningún momento habían dicho que cerraban a las 3:00, nos quedamos mucha gente sorprendidos, esto fué lo mas relevante
