Room was good. But the service was very poor. There was not enough food in the buffet. And the dinner and lunch menu was not upto satisfaction.

Good experience. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities. Washroom was also well maintained and clean.

Location is excellent, breakfast was good staff at lounge was great. Reception team helpfull and room was good but more cleanliness b required.

Came for vacation with family, room was neat & clean but ambience is not meet requirement, pool is not operational

We took the room at arcadia because they advertise a swimming pool. Kids wanted the pool and when we reached we were informed that the pool is not functioning. This was a terrible disappointment. The rooms are neat. Tv has only a few free channels. Service was okay when we asked for extra towels but when we asked to refill the teabags and sugar packs, the housekeeping never responded. Rooms have no view or balcony and the shower space is quite congested. Food was ok, not great. Overall, if the pool is functioning and if the housekeeping responds to our calls, the stay is worth the price, otherwise, as in our case, we could have stayed in less expensive hotels with the same facilities.

Location and facilities are good, but food especially breakfast is not good, so expecting some more spread and some juice also

Room was good, clean and hygienic. Room service was good
customer care was good
food was not good. We ordered pepper chicken and phulka and porota. Pepper chicken was not actually pepper chicken it tasted different. So we are not happy with food they served
