B&B Hotel Beauvais

I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

Un peu déçu manque de propreté dans l’ensemble de l’établissement et manque de professionnalisme au niveau de l’accueil!

Chambre et hôtel très propre on n'y dort.super bien très calme . A proximité de toutes commodités.

Chambre familiale réservée propre, stationnement facile et parking sécurisé. Environnement proche des commerces et stations essence ainsi que des restaurations rapides !

Les services étaient bien la chambre aussi c'était propre mais Lits les à l'aise c'était un peu avec des cheveux c'était vraiment sale mais les draps étaient propres autour de la chambre aussi c'était propre la salle de bain propre mais seulement les à l'aise c'était un peu de cheveux

O quarto tem tudo o que precisava, muito bem limpo mas com travesseiro baixo. O ar condicionado estava bem quente e o que ajudou no inverno de -4. O pequeno-almoco ou cafe da manhã era completo no estilo buffet. E o melhor de tudo ao lado de restaurantes e shopping, e a 10 minutos do aeroporto. E tem uma central de taxi que atende os hospedes, muito importante isso porque o uber/bolt cancelavam quando a corrida era curta e nas horas de voos as tarifas ficam ate 60 euros em vez de 14 euros. E o taxi cobrou 25.

The whole hotel was very dirty except the reception. I reserved three rooms for three people. One room had begbug fecies in the bed, one room had a mattress that had big blood stains, and the third room was dirty also. We left the hotel without staying there as it was disgusting. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the rooms. I recommend this hotel to no-one.
