No complaints stayed 4 nights room was always clean, breakfast was great, easy access to everything

The room had mold in the bathroom and the room smelled of chloride as if it had been poured into the bathtub. The "continental breakfast" was horrible. The scrambled eggs were the same style powedered eggs as the Army DFAC. The pastries all had flies all over them and a majority of the "hot" food was ice cold.

There was a smell. The elevator was not working properly and was left inservice. The pool was nice though. Breakfast was amazing.

I wasn’t made aware prior to arriving that the restaurant was closed for remodel
The staff was very below par
There was noise issues every night
The hotel has an unsafe vibe to it
Would not stay there again

The place is just an average hotel, it was cleaner then last time we stayed,
front desk staff is always nice, but i do have to say Breakfast is always under served or staffed. Multiple people where asking for items to get refilled and I saw staff just standing around

10/10 don't recommend! Everything about this place was a let down. Upon booking no where did it state the restaurant inside this location was closed. We found that out after the fact. The extra money paid for "pool view" was simply just that a view. The sliding glass doors were barred off so you couldn't access the pool from the room. The walls and doors are thin and could hear everything including every door slammed shut. The toilet seat in the bathroom was barely hanging on and pinched the back of my legs every time I used the restroom. The shower door did not seal properly causing water to leak all over the ice cold ceramic floor. The shower also had NO slip resistance and about fell a couple times just trying to shower. The breakfast... it showed breakfast was available till 11 on the weekends, a little after 10 everything was already cleaned up and put away. The amount of money that was spent was extreme for the less than stellar amenities they clame to offer.

Bar is closed. Restaurant is closed. I Can’t close the curtains. Military discount not honored. No staff. Nobody answers the phone. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS CRAP!

Restaurant and bar were closed up. (Nothing mentioned on their website), The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. (Hopefully it was just pizza sauce!) Supposedly the manager couldn’t be reached (Although the desk clerk had two conversations with her while I stood there) Dining area carpet was absolutely filthy. Heated pool??? It was more like a polar plunge! This use to be a pristine place to stay until it went under new management.Needless to say, I will never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
