Just felt cheap. Check-in staff appeared under the influence. Breakfast was unappealing.

Hotel itself was great, clean, comfortable but we had issues at check in. I used my hotels rewards so the room was free & already taken care of, but they were trying to charge me anyways. Had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out. This has never happened before & was frustrating. They did finally figure it out thankfully

Room needed some attention the headboard was peeling, Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed nor could you lock it. Bathroom door has a lot of black marks on the front and back of the door.

I would've given 5 stars in all areas except for one simple issue.
I appreciate the front desk texting to check on us but NOT at 10pm. We had been traveling for 6 days straight and were already asleep. Phone woke us up and took a couple hours to get back to sleep. 14hr drive the next day. Otherwise was a great stay!
