Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo

Great location and great amenities. Happy hour free drinks with a snack buffet and free breakfast. We’ve stayed several times and loved it. Kid friendly and the staff are all super friendly.

Everything was amazing from the unexpected dinner and drinks to the comfort of the room. We’re traveling back across the country and will only be staying at Drury from now on!

I love this location and everything about it. Its very clean, rooms are quiet and happy hour and breakfast are fabulous.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff at check in and dinner were friendly (as expected… it’s Texas y’all). Conveniently located off the I-40, so easy to get too. If you’re a light sleeper, might ask for room on backside of hotel as I-40 is always busy. Lots of restaurants in area as well.

Excellent place to stay. I had never stayed at a Drury before but now it will be a first choice next time we need a place to stay. Family friendly. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Lots of extras that made our stay great. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Pool & hot tub were nice. Complentry evening "snack" and drinks was enough to call dinner and saved us having to go out. Breakfast in morning was also great. We will definitely stay here again!

We love staying at this Drury Inn because of the staff, location, cleanliness of the hotel and grounds, and amenities such as snacks, breakfast, etc. This last stay was especially nice due to the helpfulness of Kimberlie at the front desk and the friendliness of the great staff at the bar and breakfast. The only thing I would mention is that some guests with pets aren't very good at picking up after their pets even though there are bags and a disposal can provided! However, definitely recommend and will be back!

Granted this is an older hotel, but the age comes with so many positives. Despite its age, the hotel is so well maintained and its age comes with multiple benefits. The big benefit, the size of the rooms. Newer hotels are so compact which is tough when you’ve been traveling all day. The pool is larger than most newer hotels and the foyer is more welcoming than newer hotels too. If that’s not enough to sway you, how about the complimentary Sally afternoon cocktail/appetizer event and then the substantial complimentary breakfast? Perfect hotel for families!

We needed to stop sooner than planned due to blizzard. The Drury Inn was a perfect place to spend the night. Nice location, wonderful staff and great amenities. Highly recommend.
