This review for Taj Amer Jaipur was long overdue , but here it is. As a person with walking problem, whenever I leave the comfort of my home I have this anxiety to make the stay comfortable for me and my family. Unfortunately accessibility for people with special needs is not an agenda for the biggest names in the hospitality industry. Taj Amer is an exception to this , as I was pleasantly surprised by their warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Priyanshi & GM Devraj for ensuring me & my family had a memorable stay. Priyanshi is an example of Stellar Taj hospitality standards. Her welcoming nature & focus on customer delight not just exemplifies Taj's training but reaffirms my belief that customer delight is 30% training & 70% nature. She gave us a direct contact to reach her 24X7 in case of any help/ requirement...Kudos to her ! There are few things that you expect from a brand like Taj when it comes to hospitality during your stay but I must bring to your attention that the Taj Amer staff went beyond their usual service standards to make the stay extremely welcoming and comfortable for me and my family. I have been to numerous biggest hotels across India and abroad and I must admit that the service I experienced at Taj Amer was well above my expectations (& what I have experienced anywhere else) when it comes to personalised care, attention & warmth of their staff. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff was not limited to a particular area of the hotel or a particular department... be it the welcome at reception by Priyanshi, the morning buffet, the pool area, the restaurants - the service standard was fantastic. The staff at Taj Amer not only listened and took care of my requests , but went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary stay special for my family ( gave us a room upgrade,cake & a photo memory to make our stay memorable - yes small gestures matter!) We are definitely visiting frequently, not only for the fantastic accomodation - but for the extraordinary service lead by Devraj & team. Thank you.
