We did not have a good experience in this hotel.. Rooms were just ok.. Breakfast was really poor n hardly anything to eat at 730 -8 am too.. Only bread n some jam was there n nobody to attend.. Please don’t waste your money on this property..Receptionists were not cooperative or helpful..

Absolutely dreadful place. Didn’t book to go here but when arrived at our booked hotel, Days Inn had over booked at put us in this place over the road. Arrived at 2.30am, when got into room, temperature was set at 25, so hot. We looked at the control panel to see how to put temp down, this was broken so not possible to do so. We went down to reception and the guy obviously knew problem with it as picked up a remote control to bring up to room and put temperature down. Then went into the bathroom, no toilet roll, called reception again, guy came up and got toilet roll for us. The room had a sofa and armchair, air chair had burn hole and stain on seat. Coffee table had hole in it and whole room was dirty. By now was after 3am, so just wanted to get to bed, even though room was still very hot. Turned quilt back on bed and sheet had stain on it. As stain was in middle of double bed and we were so tired, we just put a towel over stain and got into bed.

it was a big mistake to name it a hotel, it need everything to be a hotel, and i think when they rate it as a 4 star it was by mistake, maximum one star for this hotel so if you want to stay awake during the night and you don't want hot water in the bathroom book this otel

Llegamos a las 12 de la noche. Habitación para tres. sólo una cama doble y un sofá, sin preparar para dormir y sin ropa de cama para poder hacerla. bajé y en recepción me dicen que ya lo traen. ardaron 15 minutos. La cama la hicimos nosotras. Nos quisimos duchar y sólo había dos toallas. Una de mis amigas se duchó y la toalla tenía un gran agujero. Volví a bajar a pedir toallas y de paso a decir que sólo había dos botellas de agua en lugar de tres. Pasaba el tiempo y volví a bajar. Me dice el chico que toallas al día siguiente, que no tenían. Como opción me da una toalla que tenía en el mostrador de la recepción. Al tocarla la noto húmeda y me dice que es la de mi compañera y que me apañe con eso. Una asquerosidad. Para desayunar vasos y platos de papel. No hay leche, ni tostadora, ni yogures, ni fruta. Sólo Hummus y algo untable. Desayuné té (porque el agua es hervida) y un huevo cocido (porque tiene cáscara). A EVITAR.

Je l'ai payé chère. Et les prix sont différents d une personne à une autre dans la même journée 😡 Déjeuner répétitif et inmangeable et parfois ancienne aliments remis dans les plats 😡 Ça manque de propreté horrible

Je suis très déçu de l'hôtel : La chambre n'est pas lavée ni nettoyée (dès mon arrivée dans l'hôtel, une bouteille est restee en dessous du lit), les serviettes ne sont pas changées. Les repas restent toujours le même (poulet riz), les plats sont froids (rechaud éteint). Hôtel surtout à éviter

A fuire absolument ! Nous y avons passé 3 jours et nous y sommes repassé 1 journée avec la promesse du directeur que ça irait mieux ! Mensonge et foutage de gueule ! Le ménage n'est pas fait, le repas est le même, de toute façon froid, voire congelé et immangeable. Le papier toilette il faut le ramener vous même. Sinon attention il faut tout mettre sous clef au risque que ça disparaisse, même les chips... Bref que du bonheur, de quoi vous laisser que des bons souvenirs.
