No hospitality, i reached there at 11:30pm and they weren't ready to give room said they accept any booking from mm t and even dont have availability for make my trip customers such a shame for mmt, why they listed this type of hotels in their portal

They do not have cleaned washroom and room i will not suggest anyone to go in this hotel, even i gave 1000 rupees extra for early checkin but i didn't receive clean room or service. We had terrible experience.

Rooms were dirty and person sitting on reception was asking for extra money to check-in 2 hours early, the only thing which was good is the location of the hotel as it is near golden temple

Very nice service, staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is also good, just 150 mtrs from golden temple. Special thanks to mr. Chanjatinder ji, abhishek ji n jassi bhai

Hotel is near golden temple and market is also very close, which is the best part about the hotel. Room size is decent. It was short staffed due to health reasons, which affected the food services. Also a bit over priced as per the services provided.
