Have you ever wanted a permanent night light if your room, the size and color of an emergency exit sign? Well, this is your place. In case you forget where the door is in the small, studio apartment, the management (or likely local building code organization) wanted to ensure you were completely safe. We taped a pizza box and a scarf over the sign to make it dark enough to sleep, but definitely an annoying part of the apartment. The shower also had a bad smell. We had a maintenance guy throw some chemicals at the bathroom after day one. After another 36 hours or so, the smell came back. The place is not the finest establishment, with water marks on the walls, patched holes not painted, broken TV, insufficient utensils (we were given only one spoon), and old furniture...but the price was one of the more affordable places in the area. You get what you pay for.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Fab location, walk 2 min to tram which takes around 10 mins to centre. Beds are comfy. Check in and out easy from a hotel around 10 mins away even stored our bags on last day. We had the one bedroom suite for 4 of us with ample space and its clean. Could it do with spruce up and stairs are steep, but if its just somewhere to sleep you want its more than adequate. Very quiet area and we didnt hear any noise from other guests.

It is not bad considering the locations but it could be better on cleaniness and the amenities part.

Location was great in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was very quiet being within a courtyard. The apartments really lack air circulation and light as the only way to get either in the apartment was to leave the front door open which in the summer isn't ideal with the bugs but was way too hot. Windows in bedroom are hard to open as the beds block them.

The garden apartments were as advertised. Very clean with some supplies provided. The staff communicated well and were very responsive.

Ich muss schon mal Sagen wenn ein Preis von 450,00 € pro Nacht verlangt wird hat man auch Ansprüche die hier in keiner Weiße erfüllt wurden.Die Wohnung war der maßen von Abgewohnt, schmutziges Geschirr von den Töpfen und Pfannen zu kochen geschweige zu Essen eine Zumutung. Alles Ramponiert. Ja typisch Fotos von Wohnungen zu Veröffentlichen die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Für mich Arglistige Täuschung. I have to say that if a price of €450.00 per night is asked for, you also have requirements that are met here in the smallest detail. The apartment was so worn out that cooking dirty dishes from the pots and pans, let alone eating, was an impertinence. Everything battered. Yes, typical photos of apartments to publish that do not correspond to the truth. For me, fraudulent deception.

Emplacement idéal. Commodités correctes. Pas d'aération / tres tres chaud a l'intérieur.
