Guests at the NH Amsterdam Leidseplein, formerly known as NH Amsterdam Centre, can enjoy some of Amsterdam’s top sights right on their doorstep. It is easy to reach the Leidseplein Square, the Stadsschouwburg Theatre and the P.C. Hooftstraat shopping area within a short walk. Just across the canal from the hotel, guests have access to trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. Convenient transportation is also only a few steps away, including a tram to the Amsterdam Central Station and a bus to the Anne Frank House. Built in 1928 for the Olympic Games, the hotel building features a classic Amsterdamse School-style façade. The rooms at NH Amsterdam Leidseplein are finished with a warm design and hardwood flooring. There are 25 rooms that feature wonderful city views , while all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms are connecting and are perfect for families. No water bottles in the room. Also the AC just makes noise and does not have and effect.

Stayed in October 2021. Pleasant hotel, location is great. Do keep an eye out for the specific room you’re booking, the pictures are misleading. I got the standard room, but the bed wasn’t “free” and the room was much smaller than the photos showed, so the bed was shoved to the wall with one side. There also was no Nespresso machine unlike the photos showed, though the reception was okay to put one on my room.
The room card is also the card used for the elevator, though the technology seems outdated. Every return to the hotel, the card didn’t work on the elevator and had to be reactivated at the reception. Minor inconvenience but still annoying when in a rush. Overall an okay experience, not the best, not the worst.

Konum olarak otelin yeri çok güzeldi, oda temiz ve personel çok yardımcıydı ama şehir manzaralı oda ayır**amıza rağmen alamadık onun yerine büyük odaya transfer ettiler memnun kaldık

床很大很舒服。地點絕佳，附近有停車塔，遊船碼頭，距離博物館廣場步行8分鐘左右。淋雨很好，奔波一天很解乏。

We enjoyed our stay for two nights very much. Our room was larger than some European hotels with a nice view of a quiet courtyard. Breakfast buffet extensive and good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to good restaurants, shops, museums and canals.
