When we arrived we were given a smaller room that we hadn’t booked. After going back to the reception we were able to get the room that we’ve originally booked. But it that should not have happened, and we were very disappointed.
The room we booked was a double bedroom apar**ent. Of the second bedroom the blinds do not reach the floor, leaving a huge view onto the street open that we had to fill with pillows.
Also there where getting regular **** smells either from outside or the ac system. All doors and windows were closed.
The location is close to the city center and main train station. But a bit shady in the evening.

Stayed with a group of friends and we had a great time. The apar**ent was bright and spacious and lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend as this is very central also.

We stayed here for 5 nights in the river-view 2 bedroom suite. It was fantastic! The views were beautiful and the suite was very spacious. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff members are very friendly and attentive. The amenities were great, too. We had been travelling for 2 weeks by the time we arrived at Erik Vokël, so it was great to have a washing machine. We also ate in on night, making a simple meal in the kitchen. It was so easy! There was everything you need in the pantry and even a dishwasher. Fair to say that we made the most of everything in the suite.
It’s about a 15min walk to Dam Square so it was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, an excellent place to stay with a family because of the fully equipped kitchen and proximity to a grocery store. Definitely helps with cutting down on dining costs while on vacation! Plus, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal so it’s super easy to get to.

Nice place, staff ok but seemed miserable
Also, one dishwasher tablet for 3 nights, one coffee pod each, doesn’t cost much but can make the stay more convenient

Excellent ! Supermarket, a few restaurants, etc.
Apar**ent:
Superb! Check in staff Mr Norbert was prompt, polite and helpful. The apar**ent is equipped with a kitchen that is convenient to warm up food or do some light cooking. The beds are so comfortable! It will be perfect if the apar**ent has toilets as we have 5 of us.The smart tv had some games to keep my children occupied as we do our packing.
Price: reasonable consider the location.
Overall: 9/10
