カリフォルニアディズニーに近いホテルということで宿泊しました。ディズニーの入り口から５分くらいでしたので大変便利でした。
部屋は清潔で、シャワーの出かがとてもよくバスタオルなどもちゃんとありよかったです。
冷蔵庫、電子レンジもありました。
チェックイン前に着きましたが、部屋に入れてもらうことが出来ました。

日本から家族3人で初めて利用しましたが、とても良かったです😊😊パークまでは本当に歩いて5、6分です。小さなお子様でも、問題ないと思います😸
有料ですが、ランドリーも乾燥機もありましたので夏などたくさん汗をかく季節にはうれしいです。隣にマクドナルドもあるので、夜に帰ってきてゆっくりご飯を食べる事もできました✨👏🏻私達のお部屋は浴槽があり入浴剤を持って行ってたのでお風呂に浸かることが出来ました🛀🏻😻何よりスタッフの方々が新設で丁寧な対応でした☺️ホテルのエントランスの所に喫煙所があり、父親が喫煙者なのですがディズニーにはパーク内、ダウンタウンディズニー内共に、喫煙スペースはございませんので、ホテルまで帰って吸うと行った感じだったのですが、この近さなら有難いです。
懸念点としては、こちらのディズニーは夜中の12時までやっておりますので、帰りにテンションが上がって叫んでる人がチラホラ居たので早くお休みになられる方で音に敏感な方はホテルの奥の方のお部屋をリクエストしてもいいかなぁと思います。後は、ホームレスの方が何人か見受けられました。
家族でも、カップルでも、お友達でも利用しやすいと思います‼︎次回もぜひ利用させて頂きたいです😊😊

I felt really good about the parking and the 24 valet on site.
The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and so close to Disneyland, it was the perfect place to stay.

I was staying in room 165 and they appear to be next to the maintenance room throughout the whole night. I continue to hear noises the fire alarm went off every hour and the customer service was horrible.

Best hotel for a Disney trip. Conveniently located across the street. The area was safe for parking and well lit. We were barely in the room but it stocked full of everything needed. Will return here again.

We booked here because of the location/proximity to Disneyland. The hotel is obviously older but well maintained. We did not realize how extremely noisy the location would be. Once back in our room, we couldn't sleep because of the sounds of cars/busses constantly accelerating at the signal light, loud talking from people walking in front of the hotel and people walking past our room to get to their rooms.
We also discovered tiny looking ants. They'd made a trail from the shower to a crumb on the floor.
If you want to be close to Disneyland, and don't mind the high cost for a mediocre hotel, then this place is perfect.

This has been my third time staying at the Tropicana. I highly recommend staying here, it’s close to Disneyland’s entry and is a fraction of the price of staying in a Disney hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Parking lot is very difficult to get into and lacks availability near rooms. Room was dirty and smelled front door not sealed and leaked water from all the rain - mold in bathroom. Very convenient to walk across the street to Disneyland and near food and shopping. However unable to have food delivered to door

Rooms was nice, but on the smaller side.
Across the street from Disneyland and close to a few olaves to eat.
Laundry area was disappointing, we spilled our lunch and needed to wash our clothes, took 45 minutes to wash and didn’t spin all the water out, I had to ring them out in the drain then took 2 cycles to dry 2 1/2 hours later we noticed the sleeve of mt sweatshirt was bleached and i didn’t use bleach.
Hotel was ok but don't plan on washing your clothes.
