Hotel Pine Spring Pahalgam

It's a great hotel. Food is great and the ambience is much better. The dust is really helpful and will trained. The manager: Jobi is a great host and made sure our stay was comfortable. The property has amazing views. Evening they serve amazing barbeque with great music and ofcourse the views

Good service food is very good hotel is very nice, u should to improve more like lift but besides it their are alot of fun in this hotel. We enjoyed here alot with my family and friends. Rooms food service front office every thing.

Hotel pine spring is one of the best hotel i visit . Hotel have wonderful location n calming n scenic views.Staff is cooperative .Rooms r clean n tidy . beautiful lawn area with barbecue n music arrangement n hv swings for kids also .my favourite is River nearby. The food served was delicious.specially the kashmiri cuisine. special thanks to Mr Joby, the GM of hotel for a wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much.

HORRIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF FROM HASSLE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT COMFORT. Very arrogant hotel general manager. He gave us the worst quality room, comparable to a ₹500 room near the station. When we complained, he said, "Do whatever you want. You have not booked directly with us but through travel agents, so we can’t do anything." After many arguments and discussions with our agent, who also spoke to the manager, he promised to give us a Suite room the next day to compensate. However, nothing changed. We were given the same poor-quality room on the top floor with no lift, despite having two small children. We have never experienced such poor hospitality, arrogance, poor hygiene, and low-quality bathrooms and rooms in our entire life. Other issues: No water in the rooms until 12 PM, causing us to miss our planned activities. Continuous harassment by the general manager, making inappropriate comments whenever we passed by, such as, "Bridge has broken in Srinagar; do not come and blame us for that," among other instances. Fake promises of upgrades and compensation. Instead, we overheard the staff plotting to give us the same room and discussing why not to upgrade us. Poor hygiene in the restaurant, no seating space, and out-of-stock food at breakfast after just half an hour. While the staff was well-mannered, the general manager, hotel rooms, hygiene, poor infrastructure, and fake promises made our stay a nightmare. We stayed there for 2 days.

The stay was fantastic, the staff’s were very kind. Great location had perfect view of mountains. Enjoyed their food very much and the night camp fire was the highlight with everyone dancing and making out new friends. Really an awesome stay that ill cherish

The Hotel Pine Spring is set in a beautiful location in the midst of Pahalgam right opposite a beautiful stream and near the main Pahalgam market road. The hotel garden is well maintained and filled with flowers, my family and i sat there for hours at stretch. The breakfast and dinner buffet offers a variety of food with authentic taste suitable for all age groups. The staff and specially the manager were extremely welcoming and cooperative to all our needs. The housekeeping was prompt and rooms clean. We would love to come and live at Hotel Pine Spring again, absolutely loved the stay!

Amazing Place with great hospitality. Beautiful hill side view with river stream . Serene atmosphere with lovely lawn . Special thanks to Mr.Joby (G.M) and the staff for there support and care . Furthermore the food is delicious and lot of variety to chose from . All in all great place to stay with family .
