Sky Business Hotel

A nightmare hotel. Horrible smell of sewer in all rooms, broken switches, stains on beds and toilets. No hand towels in washrooms, a dump, staff very unprofessional and lie, a generator that will not let you sleep the whole night, dirty bedsheets, breakfast so bad and food so unhygienic that many guests had food poisoning. This hotel should be closed. It is a dark spot on the face of Antalya. We were put in thus by easy jet. Will take easy jet to court for treating us like that...just stay away from this s**** hole. The worst hotel of the world....

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. we had to stay in this hotel for a night as our flight was delayed and easy jet made us stay here...awful room with a terrible smell..we even complained but nobody bothered..breakfast was yuck so I skipped the lunch too..I think only those people get stuck here who have flight delays or cancellations otherwise nobody in their sane mind would book this hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

After a cancelled flight we were all shipped here, 150 people stood in an unventilated lobby waiting for staff to turn up, but fair enough we arrived very last second so I’ll move on, described as modern and stylish…modern for the 20th century and stylish for a HM Prison, room AC unadjustable, room at first glance seemed habitable until your eyes adjust to the dark wood and “wallpaper” and realise the thin layer of dust and grime, even the “wallpaper” seemed to be checking out of the hotel as it left the walls, 3 mile walk in any direction to find a store that has baby formula…. All in all horrific hotel don’t book for a trip away, BUT beats sleeping in an airport, has the basics, been in worse Rule of thumb, get in, bare it and get out! P.S “Luxury roof top pool” was out of order…. See image attached lol

Don't do it! Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. We were placed here by TUI after a flight cancellation. The airport would have been my preferred choice. It was absolutely filthy, the curtains didn't close, there was a building site outside, and we were woken up (yes that's right) by the smell or raw sewage. Medication was taken from the fridge in our room and their answer..... I should contact my travel insurance to claim! If you are told you are going here for emergency accommodation I suggest you refuse. It's not 5 star it is absolutely vile.

We got put in this hotel after the flight was delayed at the airport with easy jet and after reading the other reviews it looks like this is the hotel everyone gets sent to. At the beginning we was just happy to be anywhere else than the airport seeing as our flight was at 5am all I wanted to do was go to sleep , after checking in and handing our passports over (which made me uncomfortable to leave it with them but everyone was ) got the room key we went to the lifts which were so confusing it took several attempts to get the the correct floor but got there in the end , went in the room it was fine no issues with the bed or the cleanliness, from the other reviews maybe we just got lucky!?. When we came in it had like a small passage way from the main door to another door which then was the room with bed and then a door from there to the shower room/ toilet , After turning the air con on getting changed to sleep putting phones on charge etc and laying down was when things started to seem strange , after going to toilet the toilet dripping was excessive so closed the door while doing so the door handle fell off into my hand , I put it back on and looked around more , I opened the room door which lead to the passage to the main door and could see the chain for the main door was broken as if the door had been kicked open , this lead me to think why would a hotel need 2 doors to get into the room, was it so it takes longer for someone to get in to give u more time to hide perhaps, the bathroom door handle coming off on the outside only would mean you can lock yourself in the bathroom and it only be opened from the inside , why would someone need or want to do that , what has happened in this room? Feeling very uncomfortable I turned to google and googled the area , bad idea as I found information about organisations that I which I knew less about in the area , knowing my passport was not with me if anything happened I would have no way to get home or be identified I went down and as I approached reception, every passport for every person who checked in of the delayed flight was just opposite the reception desk all layed out in the open , after asking for mine and my partners , we had stickers on them with the door number of the room we was staying , there was no security at the door , anyone could have walked in and taken every single passport and knew exactly which room the person was in , also they have green and red lights outside the rooms to show which ones are occupied, so in the case of anything happening being quiet and pretending no one is in the room wouldn’t even be an option as the hotel is basically telling anyone and everyone which rooms have people in , I felt extremely extremely unsafe in this hotel to the point I was thinking of messages to send my children if it was the last time they spoke to me . We left and paid about £80 for a cab back to our resort which is in a tourist area being safer , as we still had the room their until 12

We were put in this hotel for 2 nights by TUI due to flight cancellations. We arrived at 2.30am so staggered to our room bleary eyed. Despite no smoking signs in the room there was a strange odour of cigarettes and incense. Shower room was perfectly acceptable with complimentary products (didn’t use them as not sure what was what as they weren’t labelled). Tea/coffee making facilities Smallest of fridges but kept water cold. Aircon worked well but took a while to get the room temperature down. There is a roof top pool with sun-loungers/ small but perfectly fine TUI stated it was an All Inclusive stay. Meals were very basic but enough to tide us over. Drinks - no alcohol. Soft drinks were available but seemed to run out a lot . Perhaps the hotel was not expecting such a large flight to come in. Lots of building work outside the hotel but this didn’t affect our stay. A mosque is next door so some guests were woken at 5am by the call to morning prayer. A range of local supermarkets within walking distance - some only take Turkish Lira but this wasn’t a problem for us and we were able to stack up on snacks.

Stayed here for 2 nights due to TUI flight being cancelled (not their fault). Check in was smooth considering the entire plane was in the reception. Room key didn’t work at first but was quickly replaced. Room has 2 single beds, kettle (with tea and coffee), tv, wardrobe (with coat hangers, slippers, duvets and pillows), very small fridge. Bathroom has shower, hair dryer (poor quality) and towels. Roof top pool was clean with quite a few sun beds. No towels that we could see. Great views of Antalya and beyond. Whole hotel looks modern and relatively clean. Breakfast was basic but had cheeses, bread, fruit and a small selection of hot food. Dinner, like breakfast, was basic but had rice, pasta, chicken, salad (no fruit). We didn’t go to lunch but assume it’s similar. Soft drinks and water available (when they ran out they managed to get more delivered by the evening). Plenty of shops locally to buy snacks. Loads of shops - clothes, supermarkets etc. Take Lira not euros as they prefer this. Not a touristy area so don’t expect any locals to speak English. Not a great hotel at all (!) but thankful for TUI to put us up for free with all inclusive food and drinks. Thanks for the hotel for putting us up at VERY short notice. Would not recommend here to stay unless your flight is cancelled.

After our Tui flight being cancelled the Tui reps informed us we’d be travelling to the Sky Business hotel which was 20 minutes from the airport. We had to stay here overnight untill our new flights the next day. After arriving to this hotel at 3am with a five year old and a 10 month old we noticed straight away ‘5 stars’ as you entered the entrance. We were happy knowing they accommodated us to a nice place at such short notice. However after 170 people entered to check in, when it was our turn we asked for a room that sleeps two adults and two children one needing a travel cot. They sent us to floor 6 and as we opened the door we were surprised to see a single small room with two single beds. So after dragging 5 cases upstairs my partner ran back down to ask for another room. They then moved us to floor 8 to a business suite. When we opened the door to this room we were gobsmacked. Dirty filthy room, poo stains in the toilet, dirty sink and shower and just the beds made. As soon as we stepped in the room we had to leave not only for the filth but the heat levels inside. Having a 10 month old and being in a room that must have been easy 40+ degrees I refused to sleep in there when their aircon did not work. So by this point it was 5am both my children were yet to go to sleep my partner had to go back down to reception and asked to be moved for the second time. They then moved us to the same floor but a different room which did indeed have enough beds. However this room was also disgusting, dirty cotton buds on the floor, poo stains in toilet, empty shampoo bottles in shower, food crumbs all over the table, dirty sink, bugs floating round and crawling on the wallpaper. Then as for the travel cot…..wow. The mattress was doubled over with a huge gap down the side which was a complete death trap. It also was ripped all down the side with tons of crumbs and plastic bits underneath. Shocking. By this point it was 5:30am and we had to settle. My baby had to sleep in his pram as I refused to allow him to sleep in the cot for safety reasons and we all slept on top of the quilts. I could not wait to leave this hotel. The ‘security guards’ downstairs just had such a rude ora about them, no smiles no asking if anyone needed help they just circled the floor like they were important but in-fact gave a very rude vibe. We totally understand 170 people trying to check in is huge but I would have rather we waited for my room to be cleaned then being made to check into it dirty. All we were offered to eat was chicken nuggets and some…salad…food was vile I tried some koleslow disgusting!! It looked like it had been sat there all day. Restaurant was filthy. My partner took my 5 year old into the soft play area as he has done a lot of sitting around and my partner being rather laid back about things told me the soft play area was absolutely disgusting everything in there being dirty and grimy. I had just stayed in a 4 star hotel for 2 weeks (Pegasus

It was rubbish,it is nothing like the photos The floor was covered in dust and old food, nothing had been cleaned and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and stains on the carpet and bed. The toiletries were already used and there was no toilet paper in the room!!! On the balcony there was cigarette ends all over the place. The food was disgusting and cold. Our room was meant for three but only had one small double bed and the room was tiny. The staff were ignorant and rude and didn’t give a lady toilet paper which she needed and all the drinks you need to ask for and rarely got.never ever come here!!!!!!!!😤😡 This hotel is just disgusting dumping site for air lines
