Citrus Park Hotel

Evertything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The receptionist upgraded our room for no reason which was great. The room itself was clean and pool facing although it was not open. Pros: The location is fantastic hard 5 min walk to the beach. The reception is cosy and has a cafetiere and seating area. Comes with the lift. Mattresses were fine. The room is quiet and spacious. Except there was this one night when the young teens came and made noises and even broke the smoking alarm in the lobby but apart from that we felt safe and had a sound restful and peaceful sleep. Amazing huge window with a beautiful view with somewhat sea view. Clean and soothing vibes of the room. You get the jet in the toilet (which was amazing). The toiletries were there and shower is nice. Spacious wardrobe. 3 single beds in the room. Plenty of sockets. Cons Blankets were small. if you are tall its gonna be a tough one. TV was even smaller. I had no idea why it was even there in the first place. The furniture looked as if the wood was reused. Its like me trying to convert an ikea cabinet into a console table. Lots of previous holes visible temporary fixing screws. That was heart breaking actually. The vanity in the bathroom as well was redone as if you painted over your chipped bubbled ikea furniture. But I believe the cons can be compromised compared to the money you are paying. It was better than what we expected.

We are a family of 3, we were not staying at this hotel but saw a sign outside for breakfast. Breakfast has been a miss in this location so was looking for something substantial . We had the scrambled eggs and the mushroom omelette which came with a small bowl of chips and salad, 2 coffees as well. My daughter didn’t eat here she wanted a crepe. Service was good. Food was warm and good quality. Nice clean environment. Would recommend. Price in £7.00 English money . Good value

I used an online booking site. My credit card was not accepted. But Sinan the night manager saved my reservation. I paid cash instead. No extra fees. Citrus Park Hotel has a great location. It's close to the beach. It also has a pool.

Friendly employees and reception. Everyday cleaning. Free pure water in room. Refrigirator and air condition in room. Tasty breakfast. Cheap and tasty restaraunt on the first floor. Delisious fish! Very nice swimming pool. Sea is very close to the hotel. Many markets in the area. Very good hotel. We will come back here next year.

Our family stayed at this hotel during 2 weeks and we were glad to choose it! The hotel is very good! The main advantages are location, cafes and restaurants nearby, the sea is very close and sightseeings and shopping malls as well. You can really enjoy the city if you stay at Citrus Park. We are going to come back again!

Room is good, location is near Konyaaltı beach, behind the hotel BİM supermarket, 5 min walk there is Migros, 15 min walk 5M Migros (with Zara, Kotton, LC Waikiki, Flo, Gratis, Watsons, food court and other shops). Breakfast is regular, nothing special but enough to refill stomach in the morning. Cleaning is awful. It's hotel, not apart**nt. Cleaning is not only throwing garbage and refilling water. Hotel is good for short stay in Antalya

A cozy small hotel with an ideal location! Everything is nearby, the sea is visible from the room window. The hotel has a nice staff! Delicious breakfasts, good cleaning! Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful stay and the a**osphere like at home! Will definitely come back to this hotel again❤️

Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff at Citrus Park, I was welcomed and looked after from the first moment I arrived. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and the staff were so friendly treating me like family giving me lots of help organising my excursions. The hotel is lovely, good wifi, very clean, good shower, great food and location next to Konyaalti beach. Special thanks to Akin, Sefer, Orhan, Emre and Nurlan for making my holiday amazing!!

It's beyond me how this hotel has received any stars. Housekeeping didn't show up 2 days in a row even though we asked for it. When they did show up, no beds were made, no toilet paper was left despite to two empty rolls, towels are ripped. The pool in the pictures isn't theirs, belongs to a neighboring hotel. Only perk, they let us stay an extra hour prior to check out. Long story short, spend a little more and get yourself something better.
